Beware! Had a similar experience. Rating 1 star because food was good. However, I feel they are sneaky. I gave my card quickly to pay before my friend could pay it. I was given the sign slip, without the check, and was not told that gratuity was included, even though we were only 3 people. When I requested the itemized check, I noticed it was hand written by our waitress and it included a 20% charge for gratuity , after taxes, and rounded off to the highest dollar! Also, the handwritten charge looked like chicken scratch so I wasn’t sure what the charge was for. Had I not asked for an explanation, I would have left a double tip. Very sneaky. I do not appreciate it.
We got there at noon and ordered just appetizers and Sangria. The food was Great the Sangria delicious but beware when paying your check. 20% After taxes was included in the bill but they did not say it. When we asked for the check, we were given the original hand written pad where we saw the word "Grat." When we questioned it, they said it was the tip! Had we not asked, we would have overpaid!!!
Not gonna lie we didn’t even make it to the meal.. this place is lacking good customer service. It is not a cheap place so you would think a little class, maybe, but nope! 5 tables in there being served at the most yet the waiter ignored us for 10mins so we left! Like I said not cheap so I would expect a least manners. Good luck with that!
Food was good, but the service was bad. She seems to be mad for something. I don't usually pay attention to that as I work in the industry, But when she brought the food with sharing plates she use her bare hand to clean 1 of those plates (disgusting) of course i didn’t use that plate and I didn't say anything else but COME ON . Then I realize that she was sneezing way too often, meaning she got just the flu or a cold (I hope it was that and not COVID). It was too late already as we were having dessert already.
Small in the cut friendly restaurant..the food is good ..the staff is friendly..most people who go there are from around the neighborhood..definitely a cool spot to grab some lunch in if you around the way.
The food, service, value, and employees were outstanding! We had a group of 23. Parking is tight. It's worth going there!

I have been going to Europa for a decade or more. Paul amd his entire staff are the absolute best. Sandra has been my waitress for years. It's a great place with delicious food I see stars all over the map if your not satisfied come with me I'll buy you dinner. ? you won't find a better establishment you won't find better food.
