If I can give them 0 star I would but that experience was the worst they even want to give me a avocado toast because it was almost closing time but I arrived at 8 and they close at 10 almost 2 hours for closing time that’s terrible
If I could give negative stars for this location, I would. The customer service here is really bad. Just trying to order a Dunkin’ refresher and the lady whose name is Justine or something like that gave the worst attitude ever. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there.
There has to be an option for -1star in rating because that is this place. Horrible drive thru there’s por wholes everywhere. The staff taking your order is Max always AND they take long to even get a bagel ready and hand it. I’ve waited 5-10 minutes just waiting there with a crying baby in the car while she just kept taking orders like anyone was going to move forward when I had not received my order and was just sitting there. Staff is horrible and food is not that great always under cooked or almost burned. Not worth people’s money Dunkin’
This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts near me the staff are very friendly and nice they are fast with the service and don’t mess there orders up on top of that the manager is very sweet and nice I believe she is the one who is short and blond but, Overall this is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to very nice and friendly
This place is horrible . I sat in the drive thru for 15 mins some short lady with blonde and black hair to her shoulders looked at me and rolled her eyes . I Came in to tell the manager some short lady with blonde hair as well rolled her eyes at me as well Then proceed to yell at the employee and they started to argue on the floor in front of a line full of customers. This place is very unprofessional. They need new management. Especially to replace the blonde girls that made the customers feel uncomfortable. I need to reach out to cooperate
I stopped here every day and get coffee and donuts great service
I ordered a large Carmel moca flavored ice latte and they gave me large hot coffee instead.
Half of my coffee was foam smh then the hash browns taste nasty they smelled like a old dish rag
Good beverages, good donuts. Bad experience. Crazy people and homeless always go in shouting at You.
