The employee who helped me didn’t smile or look that friendly. Horrible customer service!

Stopped by on my way out of town for a quick bite to eat for breakfast.Very pleasant staff, friendly, greeted with an honest 'good morning'.Ordered a sandwich and iced coffee.Unfortunately the person making the sandwich seemed to be new and didn't make the right one, so it had to be redone, but the new one was also wrong, but instead of having them correct it again, I just decided it would be better to take what they made.I'll probably skip this location in the future for anything else.

A dependably good DD. However, the fire alarm is near the oven so that it goes off fairly frequently. Not an issue for take out. Also, be aware that this DD is kosher and there are some substitutes of veggie products for meat.

Probably the best dunkin donuts I've ever been too. The staff are quick, kind, and make the coffee and food perfectly. It's clean with a place to sit and has a bathroom

Nice employees and service. Very populated area and many pan handlers.

A male staff (tall, white) cursed my wife and I right in the presence of another staff (female) all because my wife called the old fashioned donut ? a plain donut. And he called us sort of names and used foul languages on us. Instead of the other staff (a lady) to call him to order she was defending him that he didn't curse us but the perpetrator couldn't defend himself because I heard him clean and clear. I was so upset and I just decided to leave the restaurant without getting the stuff in order not to misbehave because I was so so upset. For him to be doing that customers...so bad.

We got for a coffee and my cup was halfway full.Bad service and the manager is even worse to solve anything.

Servers were nice, however there was a roach crawling on the table next to us ?

Very efficient and pleasantattendant... My tea was made exactly how I wanted ?

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and checked out the menu and there was no meat. Asked about it and told they are a VEGETARIAN DUNKIN DONUTS which I thought was cool. I ordered the "bacon" egg and cheese on a croissant...well I DID NOT MISS THE MEAT! It was delicious!
