Hello All,I got this job 3 days ago. Got meeting with GM and Manager with very much cool environment. I was very excited and started as overnight shift 10pm-6am. Manager gave me training little bit and it’s all depends on employee how can quick learnt. I was very professionally doing my job but suddenly on the 2nd day of my job in the same store. I meet with assistant manager name is Lala “ which is like street Girl” start yelling in the store and she throwing DD stuff at me and ordering me to fix it and leave this DD as soon as. Which was very much pain full for me. But I control and after fix the stuff I left the DD. On 3rd day she came again at 6:10am again start yelling at me and telling me it’s impossible to work. I told to her Lala you need training because you aren’t professionalize. How can you expect from untrained colleague? Even one day she got fight with one customer lady in morning. She makes unprofessional environment in this DD store. Therefore I quit this job today. I am requesting to top management of DD to take strong action regarding this unprofessional lady. Otherwise her unprofessional behavior will make this DD store more down. We need earn with respect not with disrespect.I really thanks to GM & manger to give me the chance for this opportunity but I can’t work with unprofessionals , unethical, misbehaving, and disrespectful environment.Thank you very much,Regards
Only customer in the store seen several cars in the drive-thru came and gone. Don't understand why drive-thru have to be served before inside customers.
Between the airplanes flying over & the highway,you can barely hear the drive thru intercom.
Always on point with my orders, made fresh and delicious. Always excellent heart-warming customer service. Can get extremely busy via drive thru, but excellent execution in expediting orders and cutting the business quickly. My favorite location.
Always either never have munchkins or only have one or two flavors, so I'm forced to go to another Dunkin donuts for them
I ordered a bagel with butter and jelly. When I got to work, I realized that they gave me something different. By that time it was to late to return back. Tried calling several times but there number is not working. So upsetting.
Used to be one of the best Dunkin' Donuts but today I went in & the first annoying thing was that their espresso machine was broken. That was fine because I guess they can't help it but I ended up getting an iced caramel coffee with cream and what I ended up getting back was cream with water and vanilla flavoring.... it was gross & now I'm never going back to this location. On top of that they had me waiting at the drive thru for such a long time just to place my order.
They don't know the difference when ordering half and half, cream, or milk. They think it's all the same thing and just give you regular cream. The manager/lead even tells them it's all cream just give them cream.Always check your order before you go. especially in the drive thru, everytime there is at least 1 issue (forgot the donut, wrong coffee/drink, wrong sandwich, etc.) If you bring it up they fix it quickly enough. It's been 2yrs since they last got an order right on the first try.
DO NOT GO HERE!!The manager here was the absolute WORST. Zero regard for health code policy.After spending 20 minutes in the drive thru, I asked for ketchup for my hash browns and the person hands me a little bag w ketchup in it. I assumed there were a few packets and went on my way. As soon as I pull out of the lot, i go to grab a packet and felt ketchup on my hand. When I looked inside I find 3 OPENED ketchup packets and a hasbrown (see photo). I was absolutely DISGUSTED. I made the u-turn and went inside to bring this to the attention of the manager. Turns out, it was the manager who handed me the opened ketchup packets.He tossed the garbage he handed me in the trash, as if to sweep this incident under the rug, and looked at me and said, "I didn't open the ketchup packets. I am human and make mistakes". He made ZERO attempt to apologize.I am appalled that he acted so aloof/indifferent and had no concept of this health code violation. When I tell you he did not care, he did mot care. If he acts this way during Covid, then how did they follow proper health code during normal times???I will never come here again. DO BETTER.
I didn't get anything this visit I needed to use the bathroom first. The manager wouldn't let me I get the whole covid thing but that's what they make soap and disinfectant for. You should let customers use the bathroom it's bad business. You lost money that day. Late October 2021
