Bad service. The wait is long, and they using their phone with the same glove they use to handle the food.
Horrible customer service and drive through takes over 15 Minutes each time. And the worker gabby at the srivethrough is not very helpful .also got very defensive and rude when I told him he got my order wrong and did not want to correct it
Wait time is expected at this Dunkin’ as it’s the only one in the area. Usually the staff is okay but today I had a great experience. The two girls working the register today (6/3) at about 8:50/9am were so nice & helpful! Not only to me, but to the other customers as well!
Worst Dunkin Donuts in Union, don't even try, they are very disrespectful when they hand you the food and they are always annoyed.
I’m new too the area , been going too this Dunkin’ Donuts for a week & half. The Service that I receive from this employee on the morning shaft by the name of Ms. Don have been “ excellent/Great customer service “ she listens, acknowledge & remember the little details of my order. Had a lil miss understanding with one of the employees , Ms.Don stepped right in & corrected my order. Never had a problem since then. She’s great , fast & the best coffee maker.Her outstanding customer service will be the reason that I continue to visit this location.We need more like her.
I don't know why this dunkin is so slow, but last week I waited more than 10 minutes for something really simple.

The owner of this Duncan IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSON! He walks through the store with no mask, touches food with no gloves, yells at the staff as if he is their parent. I've witnessed him have a tirade over an employee not making him a bagel! The board of health had to come in and close them down because the wall was covered with flies! If the overnight person doesn't make certain things, it makes the morning shift unable to fill certain orders. Overall, I only came to this location IF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES ARE THERE. Now, the handful of employees that I would frequent the location for are either leaving or left, I found myself NOT GOING THERE as often as I used to!

Depending on the staff the coffee is a hit or miss. Either they forget to throw in the expresso in the Macchiato or the swirl.
