If there were zero stars I would have gone with that. This is hands down the worst domino’s restaurant I have ever ordered from. And we’re not talking just once, but over the course of years this restaurant has just been on a down hill slide with employees obviously not caring at all about you or your food preparation. When they screw up your order or deliver cold food they promise refunds but you never actually get a refund. I live a block away, and I’m always the last delivery on the guys route. Over an hour and a half for delivery time. It’s hard to think dominos pizza could really get any worse but somehow this location keeps raising the bar and poor quality food
Not enough cheese on orders two toppings or more. For example, the extravaganza. So much toppings but useless if there’s not a moderate amount of cheese by toppings. ? cheap
I order from here all the time and for the most part never have an issue when I go pick it up or get curb side delivery getting things delivered takes a little longer but I get the short staff issue but if you want to be lazy and get it delivered you deal with it like a big girl if not I jump in my car and go get it myself either way you get 5 stars from me… thanks for working guys so I don’t have to cook
They never answer the phone. Was calling for about 1 hr. I had made N order online and they took 2hrs to arrive. The pizza was cold by the time they hit here. The boxes was bent and wet. It was not even raining out. They didn’t bring any if the sauces. I paid extra for as well.
Very upset , waited over an hour for my food. Called and did not speak to anyone, just listened to recording for 5.26minsDo not order from this store
Last night I ordered a hawaiian pizza n a marble cookie around 1015ish, I usually order from domino's n never had an issue ordering from them till last night. I understand the inconvenience of being short staff. But being short staffed has nothing to do with the preparation of the food. Especially, when we are paying your prices dominos + your delivery fee, Us as customers if we are paying your prices we should be able to atleast receive some decent food. Last night , It took 4 Hours for my food to get here i was already falling asleep! The driver gave me a call around 2 AM saying she was 7 Min away. Also the driver called me with thru a private number , the driver knew what she was delivering , i ended up getting delivered a COLD , HARD, pizza last night, n not only that they burnt the cookie i ordered n NEVER decided to cut it, n on top of that i still tipped the driver considering they are short staffed but after receiving my food i definately think it wasnt worth it. I am so disappointed with this type of service . If the delivery was gonna be made late they should given me a call telling me that its gonna be 4 hours late, n atleast kept the food warm, but not let the food be outside for it to get all cold , theres no type of consideration on how ur employees are making food n no type of consideration on how they are preserving it. Ask yourself now.. would u wouldve liked to be serviced this way? You guys already look bad with ur terrible delivery service. Why add on to that w. Your terrible quality food service ? Highly disappointed with you dominos !

When I call the store a extremely rude girl name ALEXIS answer the phone. I questioned about my oreder.....She says " YOUR ORDER IS CANCEL", ...and hung up the phone.I will contact the headquarters this store got go out business!!!!!!
Ordered a plain pan pizza for family dinner tonight for delivery. Got a medium regular pizza with garlic crust. We don’t eat garlic and never requested this order. Such a waste of money.
This is the absolute worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from I give them chance after chance and they do nothing but disappoint this will be my last time.
The food is overall good but the customer service is trash. And its been years I've been ordering from here.
