Well, this was not a great experience for my wife and I. I feel bad that this is my first 1-star I have given. Our favourite restaurant when we cross over is Chili's in Niagara Falls NY and expected the same level of service here. Regrettably, that is not the case. Since we waited for a waitress for 12 minutes, in a restaurant that only had around six tables full, we figured the time to get our food would snowball from there, so we left. We may try again if we are in the area.
Was seated on top of people on a empty restaurant and then order my food and manager walks makes a big shie about a dead mouse on the floor I was very disgusted I left and manager has the nerve to ask why we were if leaving and says to us don’t worry it’s not in your food really what the heck she was rude and nasty never again would I go to this restaurant
Came here with my brother the other day for lunch and everything was very good. I had the Veggie and black bean Fajitas and my brother got the honey tender chicken crisps, I would recommend both. The menu has gotten shorter though, options are more limited also they don't have the Texas cheese fries, enchiladas and veggie burgers anymore, or at last at this location that seemed to be the case.
The worst place ever, bad services soup came tighter with the food I ask for a extra plate never came back. Food bad everything. Just one time drink because she came back to drop off the bill ?
Service is bad. The staffs are unreasonable stubborn. Worst experience for years.Also pls indicate that the QR code order on the wall is for take out only or tell the customer about it because you can't eat inside if you chose take out
Supposed to be open at 11. They had people inside eating like the staff or something.At 11:30 they told us to wait 30 minutes. At 12:15. They told us to wait another 20 minutes. No apologies and very rude. Not well run at all
I'm hesitant to rate a chain this highly, but for this: without intending to stop anywhere specific, just popped in here for appetizers and beer, and had some of the best chicken strips I've ever had in my life. Food and service far exceeded expectations, would gladly visit again.

Went to the mall and was thirsty and hungry . I have tried all other food places in the mall, and wanted to have a quick drink and food. First time to the chilis and it was just awesome !We sat in the bar and service was a bit slow, but it was worth the wait . Blue moon was just amazing . It was about 10$ for a glass .. was expensive because of mall , but it’s fine. . Margarita was awesome too. Wings was ok. Chicken crisps were dry , but we added some buffalo sauce on it . Overall , apart from the little wait time during service it was an awesome experience…
Had a great visit yesterday while dining with my family and celebrating our anniversary. The bartender made the best margarita’s I’ve ever had. Love the atmosphere.
