Horrible service!!! Standing at ice cream counter girl ignores and continues with her TikTok video !!! Finally order and she speaks only Spanish to customers and catches attitude when you ask for flavors as well catches attitude when you ask “ I’m sorry what did you say “ and throughout the whole process she’s on TikTok !!! Horrible I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star
Worst place ever! After I’m standing in line for ice cream ?. The rep tells me to go wait in the Dunkin Coffee line. So rude . Helps all his Spanish folks than turns me away! After seeing me wait five mins plus IN THE HEAT in the baskin robin section; he tells me I’m in the wrong line. SERIOUSLY!! DISRESPECTFUL & MAKES NO SENSE WHY THERE IS A CASH REGISTER AT THE ICE CREAM SECTION WHEN YOU CANT ORDER THERE !! What !! IM OUT WITH MY AMEX ‼️‼️‼️‼️
The Baskin Robbins area if you go after 8:00 pm they tell you that they are already closed, but on Google it appears that they are open until 10:00 pm

Thank you for the human factor. I appreciate this establishment. They treat people like people. You are appreciated. My advice to customers is to call ahead...get the hours & work within the time constraints. The pandemic has thrown everyone's times off. I get it. However,the product; the Strawberry Cheesecake Icecream & the Service is 2nd to NONE. THANK YOU FOR obliging me & my daughter. You ALL are truly appreciated. Thank You.
I love the customer service at this location. The staff here are very courteous and make you feel welcome. My only grievance is on the main reason why we go there in the first place, ice cream. On many occasions the ice cream is not hard enough and I end up having to drink from the cup rather than eat from the cup! Please pay attention to this or let the customer know in advance that the requested ice cream flavor is not hard.
The place is inconveniently located, to the point where you can get stuck in their parking lot because there's a car trying to use the place as a way to do a u-turn or just trying to get in through either one of the confusing entrances. The wait was super long, just for them to not have any vanilla, surprisingly. And their chocolate chip cookie dough did not taste like it should have. The staff was nice and communicative.
It didn't have my choice of ice cream. The manager was courteous and respectful.
Love all the varieties in ice creams.... u could even make your ice cream by picking different flavors n adding it 2 a extra large waffle cone or cup with 2 0f ur fav toppings....n there ice cream cakes is yummmy
The only problem I have is that there is no type of signal in store. I have the top of line cellphone and still have to go outside for service. The ice cream is great
