We used their long term parking and when we returned it took them 2 hours to pick us up from the airport. By far the worst customer service they don’t give the right instructions on the ticket as to where you’re getting picked up. The attendant on the phone confirmed terminal, level and door number 4 times after the 5th call he told us we are on the wrong level. After that it was another hour wait and another 4 calls before we finally got picked up. Never again.

The hotel is not located at the airport but in an industrial area with no facilities around you. On arrival was allocated a room. When we got to the room the door was open. Maintenance was working in the room. Went to report. Given another room. The hotel is very run down and neglected. Our room had holes in the walls, only one light working and only one electrical switch working behind the fridge to charge your phone. Woke up with a noise in our room. IT WAS A MOUSE. The sweets we had bought as gifts were eaten by the mouse. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, only stayed one night and left promptly the next on the first shuttle out. Reported all to the front desk but did not seem to interest them. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL

I stayed here for 1 night May 29-30 because my flight was canceled due to air control personnel shortage. Great distance to the airport but the hotel is a disaster: dirty, outdated, furnitures probably purchased 100 years ago!, smelly and bugs infested. Some creepy creatures wandering around at night, this place is a true disaster. The the shuttle driver who started his shift after 8:00 AM on May 30, 2022 is rude, disrespectful and of no help to the hotel guests.

Reserved and pre-paid for 2 spots, only to show up and be told the lot was full. The man had zero sympathy and was very rude. Place reeked of pot smoke at 9am. Save yourself a huge hassle and aggravation and go elsewhere!

The bedrooms are AWFUL, just surpassed by the very bad customer service received at the Motel 6. When they shows the room, immediately I started looking for other place to stay, but at that time we couldn’t find any other option. We Got a very dirty room, the beds were so dirty that we had to sleep on top the towels we had in our luggage, the floor, the bathroom: EVERYTHING AWFUL. I was kept up until 3 am because there's a club next door (apparently there is loud music every Friday & Saturday night). The rooms are incredibly run down. And for this they had the audacity to charge me $220. I had no choice, it was late at night and all the nearby hotels were booked.

Well I wish I could put it up zero stars! I knew it was going to be a cheap hotel but hole boy was that far from the reality. Disgusting rooms , ugly and barely no furniture… we were lucky to witness a full on Jerry Springer scene involving about half a dozen woman and a few guy yelling at each other, banging at doors while screaming from the top of their lungs, physically fighting outside the hotel room half naked. It took a long time for the cops to show up. The hotel is just not cared for. It’s a total disaster, pretty scary. If I had known it would’ve been that bad I definitely would not I’ve brought my children in there. If I have to give it a one star because I cannot give it less I will say that the only positive thing was the free shuttle from the airport.

We stayed for a night . He charged $150/ night .dirty room with flys and mosquitos . Bed sheets dirty with burn holes in them . Pillows cotton broken un comfortable , washroom smelly everything broken . No one should ever think of staying here .

OK, I'll be truthful and polite. - We don't mind simple. We LOVE simple. We've travelled through S America, Mexico, SE Asia, Oceania, and Europe and always stay in low budget places. But this is truly the most disgusting place we've been in. I would love to give minus stars, but it's not possible. Doesn't deserve the one star.

I'd like to write comments about the hotel and such yet we didn't even get there as they wouldn't pick us up from the airport. We called for a shuttle and the guy started swearing at me as I wasn't sure which gate we were at (I'd never been to Newark airport before). I told him that and asked where I should go to get picked up. He then hung up on me. We called 4 more times for pickup and got left on the curb where all the other hotel shuttles were. They then told expedia that we were a no-show so they wouldn't give a refund. I've never seen anything like that
