I didn't know I had to make your own ice cream especially since no one at the counter and then the lady comes out rudy when I asked her a question I made my ice cream then left not knowing it was weighted by price either since nothing is explained to you I was highly up set

Although the froyo is good, the service was very disappointing. The staff cleaned the store half an hour before closing and denied us service. We wanted to use sauces for our froyo, but they said they have already cleaned them, and that they will not take them out for us. When we said we wouldn't buy anything if we knew in advance that we couldn't use sauces. They said we could throw out our froyo if we don't want it and denied our business. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
DO NOT GO HERE OMGthe worker there was very rude I was looking around and she in such a rude tone looked at me and rolled her eyes and said “are you going to order something or just look around” I’ve never been here and didn’t know what to get anyways it was 7$ for boba which is a lot Bc the boba was awful I got taro and it tasted like they put powder and didn’t mix it well and it had chunks of stuff I don’t even want to know what it is and it didn’t taste like taro my worst experience ever
Perfect dessert place while shopping around. Wide variety of different flavors available and too many toppings great thing is that healthy toppings too like fruits and nuts.will go again staff also very nice and friendly.
