Excellent authentic Chinese food. Great quality and great taste. A lot is written in Chinese. We went for lunch. The prices were reasonable. Service is also great. Instead of the usual tea, Jasmine tea was given instead which had a nicer flavor.
We used to love this place from day 1. 2001, a long time customer. Not anymore, I will not go back after the Dim sum had either too salty , too sweet and not fresh....the shrimp dumplings were terrible. The waiter Billy is the worst and not honest waiter ever. Do not accept any recommendations he proposes, it's going to cost you an arms and a legs if not more. $60 for a special water cress soup with conks soup for 8? 2 Vancouver crabs cost over $300 ? They would charged you items not ordered.Bad business practice Be ware. Check your bill. My mom is very giving and generous, never asks about the cost and look at the check. . .. Billy is just not very pleasant or honest and not sincere.
This is the most authentic Chinese restaurant that I have found in the area. The menu is plastered in large Chinese letters on the wall The staff speaks a little English but really take care of you and the food is great. They start you off with hot green tea and soup. No idea what kind of soup but tasty. I had several plates and everything was good and tasty with a little exception of the stuffed sea bass. The bass was not quite fresh but with all the condiments it was still good. Had the bass been fresh this would be a 5 star rating but I will be back!
Enjoyed the experience. If we we had more time to enjoy the experience, the service probably wouldn't have been much of an issue. The place was packed. Food was good. Service was friendly. Would like to go back to try different foods. Just a little slow and a slight language barrier.
One of the best Dim Sum spots in NJ.A bit on the pricey side but the food taste great and there are plenty of options to choose from.Staff is attentive and polite. They come around with food pretty frequently and aren't too pushy. The shrimp and fish here are really good and I highly recommend.
Revisited today.... I think it's under new management... Still good taste but the price is not so convincing and there was something going on at checkout.. Pay attention on your charge is my advice...The service was OK but not satisfying. I was a bit disappointed at this revisit....11/27/2021I visited here for its Dim sum hours. Good taste, regular service quality because there were always large crowds there for dim sum ... If you don't like to wait, stay away from dim sum hours.... It's also a pain to find a parking spot around the neighborhood for dim sum hours.Went in last night with friends for dinner. Not crowded as Dim sum hours but still 3/4 tables were occupied. We ordered more than 10 dishes. Served really fast and delicious. Authentic Cantonese cuisine.....
A classic Cantonese Dim Sum restaurant! It's cozy and has the trim and walls of a Dim Sum banquet hall - excellent for a get-together. The ambiance reminds me of the NYC and Philly Dim Sum spots of the nineties I grew up with. I came for dinner - service was friendly and quick. I had the crispy pan fried noodles and the mix of crispy and moist was perfect (the essence of the dish)! My girlfriend also enjoyed her Honey Walnut Shrimp. Has the fish tanks and menu items in Chinese on the walls, too!
Love this restaurant especially the Dim Sum. It takes us almost 1 hour to get there but it's worth it.I was missing Dim Sum because the last time I had it was in Las Vegas. This place is just as good as there but cheaper.
An absolutely amazing Cantonese restaurant. All appetizers and dishes are great. The lunch specials also offer great value. Highly recommend.
One of few Chinese places remaining that still have Great chefs.
