Every time I call this place for flats it's always a issue. If you know alot of your customers order flats why not order extra. Seem like it's starting to become a personal thing or something.
The lady who works there is mean AF. I won't be going back. If she's the cook, the food will be evil too. I wish the employees luck. Hopefully they won't become jaded dealing with such a grumpy woman.
It was my first time visiting Wingstop & I was immediately warmly greeted with “ WELCOME TO WINGSTOP” by cashier DianeI was overwhelmed by all the menu choicesShe proceeded to navigate me through to help me make the sure my order was exactly what I was looking forShe was a very kind and professional individualDefinitely recommend this location
This location has terrible customer service, and has consistently gotten orders completely wrong. The last straw was when I only received half the wings that I ordered
Overall terrible experience. We ordered early in the morning to pick up wings in the afternoon for game day. While the wings were prepared on time, the wings tasted awful. They tasted as if they ran out of sauce and diluted it with water. No flavor whatsoever.When I called to request a refund I was told that they were busy yesterday because of the Super Bowl, which I COMPLETELY understand but that's not an excuse I'm sorry. I paid $50 for a tray of wings that we didn't even eat.If they aren't able to fulfill all orders on a high volume day, then they shouldn't accept multiple orders. Simple.
The garlic parm wings are better at Buffalo wild wings... this is my first and last time coming it was very bland for flavor and tasted like oil and cheese no taste of garlic or seasonings I actually wanted to go home and put real seasonings on it... for 14 bucks it was a waste wont be doing that again
Came here because a friend recommended it. Buffalo wings were good but not as expected. And it was the only thing I liked.
If I could give this place 0 stars I will! My husband & I love wing stop & decided to get food from here. I called a dozen of times to place an order but the phone wasn’t ringing so I decided to stop in. Even worst idea! Come in & wasn’t greeted. Short lady in the front” are you here for pick up?” I told her no I wanted to place an order. She said they were only taking orders online… ? like huh? I said okay I was calling you guys. She told me that the phone wasn’t working. All these red flags but I still placed the order.After I placed the order I came in to asked if she received the order so that I can go to Aldi before it closed. The lady totally ignored as I was calling her. I had to go behind the glass to get her attention & this lady still ignored me. SmhGot the food & drinks and it was a bug in my husband drink.I took a look at the glass & couldn’t help but to see this posted on it. Look at the pictures below.So the phone don’t work, the system to place orders in the store don’t work, no employees. Why are they still open?Anyways worst worst experience in my life at a fast food restaurant. I always have respect for the ppl that prepared my food but this lady was asking me to cursed her out! Please save your time & patience.

Okay so I've been living in Edison for quite some time now and I go to the wingstop right next to the WalmartLet me just say there's ALWAYS something wrong here.They've messed up my order many times, gave me boneless wings when I wanted regular wings, always running out of things like veggies, or ranch one night the ranch was diluted with something cause it had like no flavor and it was very very runny, I've waited over an hour or more to receive two dozen wings and some veggie sticks, like the list goes on and on, oh and the soda machine usually is out of syrup and has no flavor at all just slightly colored carbonated water.I've spent a lot of money at wingstop I usually would go to the Woodbridge one and they were really good.Oh and I forgot to mention they barely put any seasoning or sauce on the wings consistently there have been many times I ended up with plain fried wings. Nothing on them. Or there will be a little bit of seasoning on the bottom of the tray.I've had it with this location. Tonight I wanted some ranch and veggie sticks but their POS system was "out" for some reason and I could only order online I barely had enough on my card to cover the ranch because I went with cash. So I couldn't afford the veggie sticks.Would have said forget it but I needed it for my own wings I was making.
