The Buffalo Chicken was cooked to perfection! ??? Very juicy and flavorful. The food was delicious and worth the price. My daughter recommended this place as a dinner for her graduation. She came her multiple times with her friends but it is my first time coming here. I didn't try the Cheesecake yet but she had. We was too full to get dessert because the appetizers & bread itself was filling. I had to get a takeout box because I couldn't eat my entree. I highly recommend this place. I will go back for the appetizers alone as a takeout because they were delicious even the free bread.

During the week it usually isn’t crowded wait was only 30 minutes and on weekends it can be more then 1 hour +. We all went simple and ate burgers which were cooked how we asked, and tasty. We had a order of Buffalo wings which they gave us bleu cheese although we asked for ranch , and we tried some shrimp which were tempura fried and had a “spicy” sauce with it. Service was alright our waitress seemed busy and distracted.

Let me tell you this story... Put our name down for a party of four and waited the 50 minutes, ot the issue considering it was a Friday night and we're finally able to be out in public without masks. But after getting the txt saying our table was ready we waited another 30 minutes for a table. The excuse, they forgot about us. No apology. We were walked to our table, a table for two. Someone can't count! The excuse, none. Their answer, wait another 15 minutes. Meanwhile plenty of people with parties bigger than ours were being seated. Once they finally walked us to our table, wait, sorry, wrong section of the restaurant. We walked all the way around the place, back to the host desk and then after a meeting of the minds, walked to our table on the far side of the restaurant. I mean, I know we're a good looking group but if I knew this was going to be a runway walk I would of dressed for the event. Finally seated how many menus did we get for our party of four? Not four but three. See a pattern? You would of thought the front end manager who what wondering around and knew what was up would of said something, maybe an apology? Nope, he hid. When I did speak to the dining room manager and told him what happened, he seemed nice enough but what did we get for our experience? Nothing. Would I recommend this location? After a management change and some basic math classes.

evelyn's pasta was great and i had enough for the next day. this vegetarian dish was full of tasty vegetables. the miso salmon is always a favorite. dessert is super.

This location was very on point yesterday. The stuffed mushrooms were cooked just right which is a staple when I visit the CF. We also ordered the egg roll sampler which was very tasty. The steak Diane is also a go to for me and was cooked to my liking as well. The fresh banana cream cheesecake is always right to finish off the meal!!!Our waitress was very attentive and provided great service! I definitely recommend this location and will be back soon!

Food was good, service is good, wait was alright. The wait was to be expected with how many people were there. Not as amazing as people say but good enough. Do recommend it.

The Cheesecake Factory used to be a go-to place when it came to default dining for me and my friends. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, it's been on a downhill slope when it comes to the food quality and service (especially at this particular location.)From the missing dinnerware and silverware to the lackluster staff, it was off to a not so good start. Understandably, it was rush hour on a weekend but that shouldn't be an excuse for poor service. There were times when we waited much longer than we should have for things, and a couple of times we had to flag someone or make unnecessary hand gestures to get someone's attention. When it comes to food, it was just "OK." The appetizers were good; it's really hard to mess up deep fried anything. However, when it came to the main course, the dish that I ordered was 3/4 raw. The end that I started eating from was cooked just fine but as soon as I cut into the next part, the color was off. I proceeded to investigate and cut the center and it was definitely not cooked properly. For as long as. I've been dining out, this is only the second time I've had to send food back to the kitchen. After awhile, the food came back and yes, it was cooked properly. Sadly, I lost appetite. Just the thought of it all was enough to make me lose interest in enjoying the meal.Lastly, and very importantly, hospitality: when one is working in a restaurant, I believe that being hospitable is one characteristic that should be practiced and implemented by all. There was an incident where a customer's jacket fell off the back his chair. One of the staff came to a very close by table and then proceeded to walk passed the said jacket that was on the floor. I was really taken aback. There is absolutely NO way that the staff did not see the jacket; the aisle was way too narrow. If anything, common courtesy? I had my friend pick up the jacket for the person. All in all, it's just not what it used to. Maybe it's corporate or maybe its the location itself that needs a bit of polishing up. Will I come back to the Cheesecake Factory? Sad to say, not very likely...

Would not say it's the best food for my palate, but it was a good choice to rest our feet during a day of shopping. Service was attentive, place kept clean, and food came out relatively quick. If there is a wait, they will text you when your table is ready, which was appreciated.

Delicious food as usual. Quick dinner. NY strip sirloin steak and mashed potatoes. And a coffee. That's all. Perfect steak. Lovely service.
