I order 2 chicken taco with extra chicken but they didn’t gave me extra chicken which I pay $2 extra this’s not the first time every time they are doing same thing like this I gave a complaint directly but there are still doing the same….And yesterday I bought cantan crispy chicken taco chicken is over cooked and it’s very hard to eat.People are not working properly in US-1 locationThey are very careless not seeing the tickets properly
Just spent 75 minutes in a drive thru line. This is due to a shortage of staff. Seems to be a trend according to other reviews. Definitely a management issue which is sad because this is a very nice location.
Came a few minutes before closing. I ordered things and came missing half of the ingredients. Not cool. Just tell me you don't have rice, sour cream.. etc instead of saying ok and then I found out when I'm at home
Waited 45 mins for my food and they gave me the complete wrong order. I spent $30 and what they gave me was about $10 worth of food. I didn’t realize until I got home 30 mins later. Nobody answers the phone. It’s also impossible to reach customer support. Don’t waste your time here.
Just waited online for 45 min thru the drive thru. We were patient because they said they were short staffed. When we pulled away our order was completely wrong. Absolutely nothing we ordered was in the bag. You’ve got to be kidding me. We decided to just go home as we lost all patience at this point.
I'm vegetarian and ordered black beans in my burrito instead of steak. Guess which one I got when I went home and took a bite? Oh and their menu is rarely ever matched to the app so just do drive thru and ask for your receipt so you can scan for rewards points.
Very rude manager telling us we had to come inside because we ordered 10 items. It was a mobile order and she said we can’t get the food in the drive thru because they are short staffed. Inside we waited at least 45 mins. DONT COME HERE ON SATURDAY/SUNDAY NIGHT. The manager who works seems to have an attitude all the time and just tell the customer off.
I had bad experience with this location twice in a row. I ordered all veg food and they gave me the order with non veg, that was my first time and I let it go. Second time they charged me for the food and they didn’t give me all my order. Both times I went drive through. I wouldn’t recommend this location for drive through and if you go inside the store, no one will take your order for more than 10 minutes as there is no one on the counter. Highly disappointed.
I went to this taco bell once and that was my last time. The workers gave us a seat and the previous costumers who sat there had peed their pants and left a stain. The workers didn't clean that and made us sit there. When we told them they still didn't really seem to care that there was pee there and did not clean up the mess. I would not recommend this place because of the low hygiene.
Super accommodating. Went there last night and ordered a ton of food and they didn't even question it. Even though it was midnight. Really made me happy and helped me enjoy my Superbowl Sunday. Would definitely go back again.
