Pick up ready orders asked to go through the drive through line. Doors are locked, misleading the customers to multiple rounds on the drive through. Owner must be genetically challenged person. I feel sorry for the employees.Worst Taco Shop in the area. Don’t go there.
Things changed a lot and found that, staff is busy but no respect to customers. More waiting and we don’t even know how long it will take to complete the order. Took more than half hour and I asked the status of my order and no response. Later I second time I asked and response is not pleasing. I was given 5 star rating before and down grading to 2. I am going here since 10 years and feel these change in recent days.
Very bad customer service never have anything in inventory also very understaffed they take drive thru a priority. Also giving sauces away is part of business. If you think you sauces, napkins, spoons is hurting this location than this owner should find a better GM for his locations before he gets franchise license revoked.
Subpar location. This location needs many upgrades and renovations. Has a bare bones feel to it. Placed a mobile order and was suppose to check in with a QR code. At the drive thru speaker there is no where to scan the QR code.Went to the pick up window and they had no idea of my order. Took them 10 minutes to just find my order when I gave them my order number.It wasn't busy and it still took 15-20 minutes to go through the whole drive thru experience. If you see a line at the drive thru, I would just cancel my order and go somewhere else. It will take forever.
Food is good but during busy hours they always make mistakes in order. Recently we ordered food. Due to Covid only drive up was opened so my husband picked up the food from there. It was tremendous busy. The staff forgot to give the drink at all I ordered with the food. My husband was not aware what I ordered and then we left the idea to go back to get the drinks because of long lines of the cars in drive up. Staff needs to be accurate in serving orders.
I work around the corner so I've been here a bunch and almost everytime they mess up my order but sometimes they will show some love and refund me for the mess they make of my orders
This Taco Bell is the busiest in the area the workers work so hard to make orders I am a regular customer and have seen for myself these previous comments are talking about how they are lazy or shouldn’t be working but put yourself in their place and see it from their point of view. They have a lot of orders on the weekend and if you that there is a line and you have a problem with that go to a different location. You see others are waiting for a long period of time why wait and make it even longer. in this one visit there was multiple people waiting and this group of customers were cursing at the manager saying why it’s taking so long. In which she replied that there were multiple people placing orders at the same time and they were all coming in to pick it up at the same time. As a regular customer I understand this since I’ve been there multiple times and seen how they work.it’s not always that busy it’s just the weekend where everyone in the entire Edison location decides to go there. They all work together and it’s not easy when there’s a huge crowd of people rushing you for your order. If you don’t want to wait why bother when you see there’s already a lot of people waiting. All these previous reviews are talking about how they’re a bad service it’s really not. It’s not like they are not working you see all of them workinf and trying to get the order out. They can’t control when people come to pick up their order and it must be a lot of pressure if custoemrs are constantly doing this to them. Don’t blame the service if you’re going in during a busy time on their busiest days. People have seem to forgotten that we are in the middle of a pandemic and it’s gotten a lot harder on businesses as they may be short staffed or experiencing issues within themselves. I appreciate all the workers during this time as cases are starting to evolve , appreciate those that are going to their work place and dealing with things like this.
I have had many amazing experiences here. Not only is the food fresh and always delicious, but the staff are always very polite. Fantastic service. Highly recommend this place.
I cannot say this enough, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT Visit this establishment. This is the worst run franchise I have ever witnessed. If there is not enough staff to service people then you should close. There is one person working. I placed an order on the mobile app and it is ready, but I need to wait 40 minutes in the drive-thru line to collect it. If you cannot run your business then you should not be open.
Soooooooo lazy people working here. Seriously, can’t take moment to see order even. I have placed ordered for vegetable been taco and gave me beef and which did really broke my religious. Sooo much hate this place. ?
