Maybe the meat sandwiches are better, but a regular veggie/cheese sandwich was pretty lacking. There were only two thin slices of cheese and all I could taste was the bread.

Best sub shop/deli in all of central jersey. The meat selection is very large, and very fresh. Vegetables and toppings are also very flavorful and complementary to the rest of the ingredients. Prices are also very reasonable for the portion size being served. Staff is also super kind and will never mess up your order, no matter how complicated it may get.HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs a bite for lunch or is just hungry for a sandwich. Nowhere better to go in the area than subworks.

I LOVE the Subworks on Inman Avenue! I feel so special everytime I walk in. The owner is so friendly towards me and others from my previous employment.
I've been going to this place for a coupe years now. Today I decided to get the food delivered and I was delighted to see my food still fresh and the manager driving himself to give us our food. I tried giving him a big tip but he refused and gave me my change. The food is great and the people are just as great. Support local!
