I ordered Iced Coffee today at your Edison NJ RT 1 location. I took one sip. It tasted like iced water without coffee. Terrible. I went back and had them try another. Same. Lack of a distinctive coffee taste. My taste buds are fine today. I notice the inconsistency amongst many locations when it comes to simple iced coffee whether it is plain iced coffee or cold brew. I was offerred an expresso shot in my iced coffee. I declined. I got a refund added to my account. Starbucks needs better quality control of their coffee beverages. Why should i pay $4 plus for a coffee beverage that isnt brewed correctly ?
Just leaving this review to help them improve in future. Floor needed sweep & Mop. It was dirty. I didn’t feel Starbucks Atmosphere there. My chai was also not that tasty.
I removed 1 star just to warn people do NOT ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS. Your drink will arrive leaking with more liquid in the bag than in the cup. Having said that, I am a loyal customer to this location. People who give 1 star clearly don’t know what it’s like to work in a fast paced and understaffed environment with demanding customers and complicated orders. They’re doing the best they can, people.I’ve had to wait a while in the drive thru so tip: order on the app then pick up inside, it’s usually a little faster or at least you can wait to pick up your order until it’s actually ready.I had a wonderful experience today with a newer employee- didn’t catch his name but he had some blackout tattoos and an awesome mullet. My order was wrong and even though it was hectic and overcrowded he was very polite to me, he even took the time to apologize and tell me to have a good day. It may not seem like much but it was crowded and chaotic and he could have tossed the drink my way and walked off. I appreciate the courteous attitude very much. This is one of the only times my order was wrong too.I am begging you one star reviewers to have more compassion. If it’s too busy and you’re complaining about the wait, order ahead or invest in a coffee maker.
Drinks are good sometimes and employees are nice. However, they are severely short staffed and cannot seem to retain employees. I understand that Covid makes operating difficult but taking 20-25 min per car is absurd.Having efficient notices warning customers of the current circumstances is not that hard to display. Corporate needs to desperately help this location. If you have to be somewhere within 30-50 min do not waste your time with this location because it’s almost a guarantee you will be waiting for an abnormally long time.
The staff was super friendly and polite. They greeted me when I came in took my order quickly and delivered it nearly as quick. All good folk here and I will definitely go to this location again.
me and my mom ordered different drinks on mobile for pick up. I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher and a chocolate cake pop (was originally going to be a chocolate chip cookie but they were out of stock) and my mom ordered a hot chocolate. As me and my mom got home, we had both finished our drinks. Then, my stomach began to hurt and felt sick to my stomach. I told my mom about how my stomach was hurting and she told me that her stomach was also hurting and that she felt sick to her stomach too. I don’t know who made our drinks, but they sure as hell didn’t wash their hands… Never going back to this Starbucks ever again!
First time having Starbucks coffee in my life. Ordered a normal large cup of coffee with milk and sugar (about 5 sugars) and paying around $3.60 for it. Upon receiving it and trying it out it tasted more of a watery taste than actual coffee. Whole milk felt like it wasn't really there yet it looked to appear it was. I figured that asking 5 sugars would be 5 tablespoons of sugar, however it's probably less or around 5 packets of sugar which probably wasn't enough since it really wasn't sweet. I could have just went inside and asked for more sugar, but didn't have time since I was in a trip to get there in time. Gas station coffee is probably your best bet, you go in and poor the coffee yourself. Never trying Starbucks in my life ever again.
Probably one of the better Starbucks I've ever been too. Even with a giant line, my order my correct, hot, and tasted amazing.

I hate this location! My order is always wrong! Placed an order on Uber eats and immediately called to politely ask for light ice since they no longer offer the option. My drink is 98% ice after they said no problem. Just wasted $25. Will NEVER be back! This is my drink with all of the ice removed for reference.
