I was in the mall picking up dress pants when hunger hit. I am gluten free so it doesn't leave me with a lot of options! I was expecting to get my usual lettuce wrap burger and noticed they offered Udi's gluten free buns! Was super excited to not eat a salad sandwich! The guy at the front was amazing I wish I had gotten his name. He took extra care to make sure I didn't have a reaction by letting the staff know I had an allergy and to change gloves. He was very friendly and honestly deserves a raise. Also the burger was bomb!!!
One of the best vegetarian burger I've ever had. The manager was really accommodating and the service on point.
Said no cheese. They put cheese. Said on receipt no cheese. They don’t pay attention. Took 30 minutes of waiting for just two burgers. No fries. No long line.
They served me a raw burger but then corrected it, still not going to return, bad customer service.
Great fast food! Food was pretty delicious. The smash fries could improve as the only difference between those and French fries is that they were just dipped in some butter or oil and had rosemary. Garnish it with better seasoning.
There turkey deluxe burger is really good! Well portioned. Unfortunately the fries are not always hot. Also they act very cheap if I ask extra ketchup for fries! That’s the reason for 1 less star. But they are always friendly and it has a great place to sit! Overall Recommended store.
Delicious and juicy burgers much better than those at McD, Burger King and/or Shake Shack. The fries are good as well
So I gave a one star review two weeks ago and I must say I came back today 11/12/21 and the service was perfect! Food was great! Timing was as great too and the personal super attentive and nice! Thanks for the answer and for the improvements! 5 stars now!
I prefer the seasoned tots to the skinny straw-like fries.
This was a side salad for 4.49. This is ridiculous.
