I just called to order from here (never ordered here before) and the lady literally just argued on the phone with me about it I don’t know where the restaurant is how am I going to order. I confirmed the address with her and she said it’s correct but I don’t know where it is. I have GPS to locate the restaurant. Seems like she’s just lazy and didn’t want to put the order in. These people are nasty and rude. Save yourself the headache and just get food from somewhere else. Super annoyed by the receptionist.
The only good meal is their poke bowl.
Worst Chinese food ever. Used to be good like 6 years ago but my chicken was like rubber and food was flavorless
If I could give zero stars I would. Not for their food, but their customer service. I ordered on Grubhub and 20 minutes later I got a notice that they added an additional service fee. Now this should be illegal as they should have contacted me first before adding an extra charge. I contacted Grubhub and they took off the additional service fee and then after my order was late, I called the restaurant. The rude woman said Grubhub canceled the order when in fact Grubhubb said that the woman canceled the order. I will never give them my business again.
They are amazing ! The lady who answer the phone is always quick and polite and the food is always amazingly fresh and tasty, ever since moving into the area this has become our go to Chinese spot
The lady that answers phone EXTREMELY RUDE...tonight was the last straw for me...i placed my order online and they ALWAYS forget something...then i call to complain and get attitude from woman who answers the phone who not once apologized but was putting the blame on me....this has happened more times then i care to remember....definitely NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....

I’ve been ordering from Shogun for almost 2 years and I love it. The food is always nice and hot; not to mention tasty, it doesn’t take forever to deliver and if it is later than usual they’re always apologetic, and it’s reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!
this place used to be good. quality has dropped! don’t order from this place, they sold me old fish and got me sick!
The food here is great and the customer service is too. The people are so nice!! I order from here all the time and they don’t take a long time.
