I'm actually shocked I haven't written a review in this place yet! Very friendly, kind staff and excellent food! They have a seasonal sauce each month, alongside a number of staple choices. My favorite sauce is definitely the "honey garlic butter", it's smooth, savory-sweetness has me wanting more. Yet the portion size of the sandwich itself leaves me feeling perfectly satisfied! :)If you're into having a beer while you eat your chicken sandwich, you're in luck because they are BYOB and located right next to a liquor store. They do both take out and dine in--my recommendation is to eat the sandwich as soon as possible and try not to get it and reheat later. Nothing beats it being fresh with the chicken being so wonderfully tender and all.Long story short:Absolutely worth it--very tasty!Side note: Their pickles used to taste homemade and unique, but the last time I went they tasted very ordinary so I'm not sure what changed.
Service was very slow. We ordered, paid, left, went to the bubble tea place next door, finished it and still waited for our chicken.Billboard of the chicken sandwich was a little deceiving showing the side of fries with it for $10.95. It's NOT a combo. The side of fries is an additional $6-9 depending on what you get.I chose the Seoul Buffalo (#7) on their scale of spiciness. It's basically the same Buffalo sauce you get from Popeyes. I wouldn't say it's "non-spicy" based on their spice scale on the billboard. My brother got the #5 creamy wasabi and said it was bland. They waste a lot of paper bags and bagged each of our meals even though they knew we were sitting at a table and not taking it to go.I even pricked my thumb on the stapler from the sealed paper bag.
The man that took our order yesterday was fantastic. It was our first time at the restaurant and he made sure we had a great experience. The chicken was so good my husband couldn't stop talking about it the next day and the truffle mayo was one of the highlights of our meal. which I have had truffle sauce before and this definitely lived up to its exceptions we will surely be going back again.
WTF… all orders are now plain and sauces are on the side… it would be nice if they put that online…Basically they racked up all the good reviews online and start being lazy. Literally go anywhere but here. There’s like a handful of Korean fried chicken places.I understand if business is hard these days, and you have to make some changes. It would just be nice if you don’t false advertise. Informing customers of important things like “all our chicken come plain” takes 2 seconds on your site. All your pictures online and posters at store has sauces on the chicken. Not on the side….Also you have time to change/ increase price yet you don’t have time to update important ordering info such as “sauces all come on side now”

Loved everything about it! The taste, the texture, that SATISFYING crunch
Definitely worth trying out. Chicken is fried perfectly, but somewhat pricey for wings and drumsticks. Tired the bao bun as well and it was tasty.
The person who took my order was super nice and friendly. One chicken piece was slightly undercooked. Other than that it was all delicious, although it could use a bit more sauce.
The food was delicious! This is my favorite fried chicken! It was cute and thoughtful to receive a song recommendation!
A little on the pricey side but well worth it for the flavors. Friendly staff too.
