I’m an Indian and I love paan. Recently I visited New Jersey and one of my friend recommended this place, specifically for the Paan. I had a sweet paan and one chocolate paan and I liked the sweet paan. They have variety of paans. It is hard to get such a variety even in India, I’ll definitely recommend this place. Please don’t set a lot of expectations just enjoy the paan in the USA.

My first visit at Royal and I could feel Gujarat. Funny, but true.I don't eat paan though, but I tried their Royal Faluda and it was amazing. It's too early to rate this but here it goes till my next visit.Taste 5/5Ambience 3.5/5Service 5/5Serving 5/5Price 5/5Overall 5/5

Purched 3 sweet Paans today,.Always used to buy pan here when ever I am in this area .It is no way as it used to be long back .Earlier the paan used to almost melt in the mouth , these days ot so bitter and also getting sour with the chutney used .I was so find of these different paans here , but over these years it has lost its quality ,Sad to write this , but it is what it is .Did want to write this review with my earlier purches but thought it could be some coincidenceBut now I have had experience of not the quality experienced before

Had a wonderful time asking a bunch of questions to the patient guy working while waiting for my rice dish after ordering mango kulfi (long cream popsicle on stick) and delicious rose falooda (sweet drink with jelly and spices) from the orange menus on the counter. The price is clearly displayed on the menus on the screens and there is a $10 minimum for card, but he encouraged me to pay in cash to avoid the fee. Pretty quick with the samosa chaat (fried potatoes and slightly spicy rice), all vegetarian, lots of sitting space and clean. Tried a Calcutta Mitha Paan (sweet spices wrapped in a leaf), but it was not my thing, so I can't comment on the quality.

Abominable pathetic customer service. Bracelet guy thinks he is the owner. Owner does not PAY employees. Keeps 2 weeks pay to blackmail employees. What if an employee has to leave because of an emergency. You will accept his hardwork and labor for granted?Learn that first before doing business.About the bracelet guy:- Such arrogant person with no idea how to talk to people should be fired. Worst food. BTW, samosa's ordered are bought from PATEL BROTHER'S. I know the size and taste. Shame on you managementWill never go to this place ever.Manoj bhai..why would I lie? Check my other reviews!!This is not a false review at all

I bought sweet pan from this shop 1 month back and the taste was good. Today when I bought same sweet pan, quality of the pan is bad. Pan leaf is not fresh and pan taste is no way matching to the pan we had earlier.. please keep quality consistent.

They don’t accept credit cards which are not contactless. Apparently they don’t machine to swipe credit cards with chips. Note this comment is on their service not on the food. I called ahead to ask if the item I want is available and if they will take credit card. I was told yes. After going to the store and waiting I the queue for 20 mins for placing the order - they tell me they only accept contactless cards.

I’m from San Diego CA and obviously I’m not Indian, but boy these food that I had was absolutely amazing. I forgot what they are called, the bun has potato, curry and chilly on it and the other one was kind of sweet with pea like crunchy stuff inside. Staff are absolutely charming and polite. I’d like to come back again and try the one with rose and dried papaya in a leaf, they made me try some but I’m rushing to drive up to NY. Will definitely recommend them.

Flavorful Paan and amazing Falooda!! Can’t get enough of it!

Drove an hour from NYC to try this place. Very disappointed. Go somewhere else, Paan not fresh they just put some sweet coconuts and call it Royal Paan lol
