Excellent Mexican food. Just loved it
The service at this place is way too slow. I usually go to the Qdoba on Livingston, which is half the size of this one but gets through each order in a minute or less even with heavy traffic and less staff; here I had to wait in line for 20+ minutes even though the queue was only 3-4 people, the guy waiting behind me even left because it was taking so long. Not sure what the staff was even doing, because there were plenty of employees up front but they weren't doing anything, just chatting with each other or working very slowly, and the line just wasn't moving. It doesn't take 5-8 minutes to scoop out ingredients and add them to a bowl / tortilla. Probably won't be returning to this particular location.
Has great options and free guac. I would definitely order in person. I've ordered through the app and they gave me chicken instead of steak and messed up my wife's order.
Current Manager here is great! Never had a bad experience at this location . Always have the different menu items and very clean . Live next to another location but will drive the extra ten minutes here for great customer service!
The restaurant didn’t have veggie fajitas, meat and half the other condiments. This is happening at 9:00 PM. The restaurant has another hr before closing.
I have been to this place many times as my husband loves to eat here. His favorite cuisine and tries different menu. But, last time the food tasted bad as the rice and beans was over cooked. The take really long, even after nobody is in queue to order. Not going to this branch anytime soon.
The man behind the counter was monotone. The corn tortilla fell apart worse than an actual crunchy taco shell. This man limped in with bits of guacamole, didn't ask if i wanted anything and just assumed it was a chicken bland filled mess. The flavor I do have is mold. Smells like the onions were kept uncovered in the fridge and smell like fridge and mold. I should have went with my gut and went to Chipotle.
Currently at this location it is 10 minutes before closing in as someone that worked in the retail space I understand the frustration and wanting to go home. I wish on the way and told that they were closed they were still 10 minutes left and I understand that they would like to go home.Then they need to speak to their corporate or something and talk about when their store actually closes because online it says 10. I would also like to include of the fact that I called over 15 times on my drive to their location to ask if they were going to still be open but of course nobody pick up the phoneWhen I am posting it it is not even 10 PM yet and they Refuse to serve it was a woman counting the register and two young kids waiting for her response
Tried for the first time, was skeptical after seeing some other reviews. Had a takeout for cheese quesadilla. Neatly packed and properly made, good so far.
Overpriced & not as good as it used to beedit: I'm even less interested in your app than I am in your mediocre food. I don't need a discount, I'll just go get a good burrito at Crazy Burrito up the street.
