Most of the personnel at this location is untrained, unmotivated and completely clueless. More than half of my order was missing, had to go back and complain and they still didn't get it right. What a disgrace.
Deserves less than 1 star. The woman up front was so overwhelmed, I'm sure she will quit within the next month.Picture this: a line with a wait time of 20 minutes and a confused cashier. A guy comes in to help that I can only assume does NOT work there. He is wearing a long sleeve gray flannel when it is 90 degrees outside. No hair net for his beard. The sweat rolling off his bald head, dripping into the food he attempts to serve to customers.I finally get my chance to order. $24 dollars for 2x 3-piece tender combos. I'd like to argue the price but I was given the wrong receipt. I get my sweat covered order. The lady tells me " I gave you an extra fry for your wait." Imagine my surprise when I get to the table and open the bag. There was no extra fry. My side of coleslaw was missing. And my daughter's Mac and cheese was a rubbery glob of yuck (see attached picture). I asked for honey mustard, ranch, and Buffalo sauce. Instead I was given 2x BBQ and a Buffalo.At that time an angry mob assended onto the front counter arguing about their food order. I would have joined them, but again, I didn't have the correct receipt to back it up.Later read the reviews and wondered how I stumbled upon the worst Popeyes ever!
? Every time I order online they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I TRIED CALLING THEM BUT NO ANSWER, I THINK THEY HAVE A WRONG # ON PURPOSE. BEWARE PEOPLE & DON’T ORDER DELIVERY FROM MENLO MALL BECAUSE BELIEVE ME THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER ON PURPOSE. I’LL SUBMIT MY MISSING ITEMS TO GRUB HUT TO GET A REFUND FOR PART OF MY ORDER. ???. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! ???
Mac and cheese looked and tasted 3 days old. Person said that's the way they make it. Complete BS as all other locations have creamy Mac and cheese not clotted and oily. Chicken sandwich was soggy with oil, not crispy at all. Half of the bun was stale. The worst was having employees lie.
Worst experience ever! This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant but my chicken sandwich and fries took 35 minutes to get. Highly disappointed at service. This is my last time eating here.
the girl working in the front with the braids is extremely rude and honestly might as well stay in the back and be a cook because obviously customer service isn’t her thing. as soon as i arrived she looked at me and went back turned around and started using her phone. not only was i waiting there for her to turn around and stop using her phone but so was the line that was starting to form because of her laziness. she was picking her scalp on the counter then touching the food and going back on her phone it’s so disgusting i get it you don’t have to wear gloves but still atleast don’t do that infront of the customers it makes me wonder what they do behind customers backs. this place is so filthy and no one even has their hair up. i also ordered 3 small fries and she gave them to me in a large fry box which is not equivalent to 3 small fries. her tone of voice was so alarming when she was the one messing everything up. please find better people. i wish i could give this lower than a one star. don’t waste your time here please.
There’s 2 workers. The one up front is the crew manager and she works so slow. The lady in the back making the food kept messing up everyone’s order. The crew manager was getting annoyed and apologized for the mistakes. Overall just a mess. At least the food was good.
Whenever I place order, they always messed up and it’s not 1,2 or 3 times. I am placing order since two years and always missing catch up or Missing one items or putting same item together. Oh no, god help them for their worst service.
Based on my experience, this Popeyes franchise should be closed immediately. The cashier taking orders pulled his mask down completely every time he spoke; a supervisor took ten minutes to count the cash in 1 of the 2 registers, so it was unavailable during that time; the associate assembling the meals was leaning against walls (with her hand) and also using her cell phone while her food-handling gloves were on, and continued assembling meals with the same gloves in place; the cashier got one part of my order wrong (caught this by checking the receipt); the "specially cooked" tenders that I waited for turned out to be wrong as well; the biscuit had clearly been under a heat lamp for a very long time so looked & tasted like a hockey puck. The Manager was out front the entire time all of this was going on, so is fully aware of it. The food & overall experience at a Popeyes is typically very good; not here. There are many other food choices in this Mall; take advantage of them!
Imagine a Sunday afternoon, 2:00 PM, Chick Fil A is closed so you want to go to Popeyes for their awesome 3 piece spicy, amazing sides & more...YALL THOUGHT WRONG.They are supposed to be open, says so online but they are closed at primetime lunch hours when Chick Fil A, their competitor is closed on Sundays.Yall shouldn't be closed on Sundays when Chick Fil A is right next to it the rest of the week lol
