POOR SERVICE and ERRORS in taking simple orders Small wings and when you ask for specific things each item is charged. If don’t ask for blue cheese or don’t want it still built in to price if ask for extra sauce they always charge. The staff are sometimes cocky and speak to you like you are there to serve them. Stingy and cheap on every little thing and when they get the order wrong it is never remembered the next time. They can make mistakes and charge you but an apology or a make up isn’t in their resolution process. Screw these guys they lack customer service skills and over charge and never give good customers that are loyal a single break
The wings here were really not the greatest. The first time I went I asked for bone-in wings and got boneless. Not a huge deal because mistakes happen. The next time I went the wings were so small and misshapen. I did eat them all though because I was so hungry, and the sauce was actually pretty good. If only the wings themselves were a better size and had more meat.
If you love wings this is the place. Service is very prompt and there are lots of sauce choices.
I've been ordering from here for YEARS and they always have great chicken. But, I ordered today and the chicken was obviously not the same as usual. It was processed chicken/frozen chicken. I am very skeptical on ordering from here again. The chicken was just not good at all. Funny, they always have good chicken, but if you can't serve the usual, then don't serve me the processed stuff please. Just say you don't have any.
Best wings in a 20 mile radius. The prices are amazing. Don't waste your money at the other chain places. This is worth a trip out of your way. Lots of different sauce choices. I can't do the super spicy stuff but I've smelled it and it is probably amazing as well.

The hot sauces all taste the same. Had an upset stomach after only having 10 boneless wings.
