Store is well kept, one of those newly designed stores. Store manager was very courteous.
We're rude orderd take out by app and went to store stood there for a few minutes waiting for a cashier or some one to get my order there were just talking among themselves 2 feet from the pick up window after a few minutes a customer came in stood to the side to Waite for service suddenly a cashier come to the other customer and ask him what he needed but the gentleman said I was there first to assist me first the customer was more attentive then the cashier they just handed my 2 large pizza and just put them on the counter and sayed there those are u pizza dirent even ask if I wanted sauces or anything very rude not going there again!!!!! Will be taking my Business somewere else and that's that I work right across from them!!! So sad!!!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars to the general manager Tarek who manages the north Brunswick and Edison locations. I orded from a different location where I had a awful experience and was referred to the closest general manager who is Tarek . Tarek was amazing and completely took accountability and made the situation right by calling my location and helping their team out . Tarek is fantastic he’s compassionate engaging and passionate about customer service. Thank you to him for saving my night and doing what is right ! Amazing employee !
I'm glad you asked. The service stunk. A young lady named Kayla was quite despondent and borderline rude. She took my order, didn't even put it in the cooker, some other young lady had to do it after Kayla prematurely left after leaving the floor soaking wet with a mop..... She just said I'm leaving and walked out as I was asking her how long before my order was ready
Had Pizza Hut after almost a decade and it was worth it! The pizza was fresh and very tasteful.
Good as usual. Better than others. But they have increased the price of large pizza. No deals any more. Dominos still giving deals on regular large pizza.
Ordered Pasta and wings on a late Saturday night. Order came out on about 15 mins. Food was fresh and hot. Thumbs up
This weekend I ordered a pizza using there app after 70 minutes I called the store they said the pizza was delivered i found it left on my front porch cold with 2 slices missing the store said they would give me credit for the pizza I just opened the app and no such credit exists im deleting the pizza hut app. This was an unpleasant experience.
Placed an online order. Waited longer than the estimate window. Called pizza hut, they told me it's waiting to be dispatched. Waited one hour longer, super hangry. Called pizza hut again, told me "sorry. Don't know what happened to your order, will just need to refund you." I reply, "so does that mean we just don't have dinner after waiting 3 hours?" "Yes, sorry about that."Not only did they "not care" about the pizza, they made no attempt to even right a wrong. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted, really.
Lousy customer service. Waited 20 min at drive thru while employees wandered the restaurant after telling them my name and what I was picking up. They came back to the window to ask for name and gave me my food. Pizza and wings were cold.
