Have messed up my order 3 times for delivery.
Service here is a hit or miss.This location is very spacious and has a lot of seating. However, take out items such as containers and bags are not readily accessible.
Always getting my order wrong. Takes forever to make even just one sandwich. Horrible customer service. Non-attentive staff. Don't come here
They just sent me the wrong order and now no one will answer the phone to get it replaced the rating of zero

Like many have noticed after COVID-19 with this business (as well as others) the quality of service has dropped. How do you forget an entire focaccia bread loaf with only 3 items in the order? And when the bag they give you is sealed with a sticker for sanitary reasons, you assume (my fault) they have your order correct. I had to drive back from my place to the store to pick up the item they forgot. It’s disappointing when you pay for the prices you pay at Panera and this is what you receive.
Employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. Food always tastes fresh. I drive to this location instead of one that is closer to me because this one is ALWAYS much better

I've been a regular for years now. And was always happy. But lately seems COVID and other challenges brought some changes that drastically lowered the quality bar. Missing items on curbside pickup - almost always. Mostly something small like crumbs for a soup, but once - the whole sandwich forgotten in 3 people order. My favorite french onion soup last time I ordered had one visibly non-peeled and huge cut onion piece and had almost no cheese. My sandwich with beef was just that beef and bread - no taste of cheese or horseradish that was supposed to be there as well. I really think they need to up their quality a lot. I will still return a few times just to give a chance after all those years .. But if that keeps going as it is... Nope.
As much as I love the Panera bread located on 2700 Woodbridge Ave. In Edison located next to Middlesex county college. I had an issue on Jan. 5th at 1000am. I ordered my food through the kiosk so you get a pager when you do this....however, I was waiting for my food and some time was passing..now I have earbuds in my ear so if they did call my name I cant hear them....SO WHY ARE WE USING PAGERS????? IF they are not going to go off?!? This is the 2nd time this has happened not big deal....however my food gets cold...when I went up to the Spanish manager working on jan. 5th at 1000am instead of apologizing he did not say anything but yet with Spanish customers he is totally different. .veryrude!!! Work on management skills!!! Please
