We were in Woodbridge to meet our cousin and if you are here, of course we will feast ourselves in one of the restaurants from the Mehtani group. (bw they have honored Mehtani by naming one of the streets after that, great to see that) Rightly placed on the oak street where you can find tons of options, We chose Moghul express due to both Indian and Indo-Chinese options, also We did not have much time in hand. We got the table and settled ourselves. it was a weekday evening and it was packed. can't imagine how it would be on weekends. We ordered- 1) Chicken Hakka Noodles - little blunt in taste, but good 2) Veg chili Garlic noodles (we asked for chicken one and asked can they make it without mixing egg due to allergy issues), they could not oblige the request, anyway - it was good 3) Chicken Drums of heaven - finally found the good chicken lollypops. 4) Home-style chicken curry - ( we asked what is their best chicken dish in the main course, and the server suggested this- but nope, I would rate it 2.5/5. 5) Garlic Naan, Lachha paratha, and Tandoori roti - good apart from Chicken (home style) - everything was good. Ambiance- it's good, this is not fine dining though. by giving it a glance, it looks like everything running in an automated way. Service - yeah, it was good too. nothing to complain about there. We also tried their dessert, specially rasmalai and chocolate milk cake. Wow!! I am glad Moghul express coming to the Parsippany area. Welcome..!!

Moghul Express has been our go to spot for both dining in and taking out food when we are in the area. Their food has been reliably good and we also like the bakery section they recently added.
This is one of our favorite place to go for Indian food.Food is good(with good portion size). Prices are affordableWe love gobi manchurian, dahi kebab, indo-chinese, dosa, and North Indian food. Never miss their dessert section (rasmalai tres leche, motichoor ladoo tart, and so many fusions)Plus their Indian Fusion Pizzas( Papa Pancho) are amazing. We love their SCHEZWAN PANEER CHILI pizza. This place is kids friendly and costumer friendly too.Only problem is never go there on peak time to avoid crowds and to get good quality food(evening after 7 and weekends on peak hour)
Very friendly ambiance- happy, smiling and welcoming staff, clean space, even the restrooms were kept so clean and smelling fresh, overall it made our lunch an excellent experience!Food in pics- Mysore Masala Dosa, Malai Kofta, Tandoori Paneer Makhani Pizza, Orange Kulfi, Valentine Special Cake and our Take out bag!All the food was excellent quality and tasted absolutely delicious! The quantity/portions were very good. Malai Kofta and Heart cake was THE BEST!Definitely coming back here every time we visit NJ ?
So yum! Great recommendation from my sis in law.
Great place to have Indian and indo- Chinese dishes. There are some Thai options too. Both vegetarian & non-vegetarian dishes available for reasonable prices. Was busy when we arrived but was able to get a table fast. Good service. Large portion size. Mango Lassi is a must have. There is parking on site. They also do take away. Would definitely go back.
Love their Schezwan Chili Paneer pizza- it's a repeat order on many weekends! Tried the Palak Pakora Chat- the pakora seemed less crunchy for my taste, with plenty of boondi. The Dahi vada in the dish was delicious. The chole in the Samosa Chat tasted less fresh. The service is generally quick and courteous.
Masala chai tastes different. Maybe the milk they use? IDK.
Gd food excellent service
