We had a very bad first experience here many years ago, we decided to come back and try again, glad we did.I really enjoy this time: 黄瓜海蜇皮 cucumber jellyfish salad, 石板豆腐（sizzling hot plate tofu), 肥肠（pork intestine skewers）and 新疆羊肉串（Xinjiang lamb skewers). Funny thing is I brought some salt, bbq condiments from home in case the food here is flavorless ?, but I totally overthought, the dipping condiments are enough flavorful! We really enjoyed our BBQ dinner here. One star minus bc their service is not attentive, I have to raise my hand up and wait for our eye contact every time when I need something, they are busy which is a good sign for customers though, we will definitely come back!
Hidden gem! Fantastic experience with table top grill with mechanized rotating skewers. Delicious meat and hot dishes. Very large and delicious selection. Owner/staff were very friendly and helpful.
Dishonest service, not fresh just reheated up but not even completely hot on the inside. That’s why waiter even asked twice if they could cut the meat up for me ！
Went there for the first time yesterday with my girlfriend to get some dinner, the workers ignored me for at least 10 minutes and I had to go up and ask a lady for a table, then while then lady she left in the middle when I was speaking, and came back and sat us with another 2 other people in the party room table. When food was served, the lady did not come to check with us AT ALL while checking with the other 2 that sat right next to us, forgot to give us the spices, she only dropped the food and left. Then after I asked for the check, she begged for tip when I was paying saying and keep mentioning “no tip?”. Very unprofessional and they barely spoke English. Food was ok, the enoki mushrooms were overpriced, $10 for a tiny plate. Would not recommend. Would give 0 star
Amazing food and the staff are amazing too, not a easy place to find if you didn't already know about it
I was hungry and was only looking to have a take out. I saw a a picture on the wall and ask if I can order that. Then a lady call to ring me up and I saw the bill at $28...Then I tried to tell her I don't need a large quantity as it was just for me. She went to the kitchen and back looking visibly angry and just hand me back my card and pretty much say they are selling. That was an awful customer service.
I've seen lots of complaints about service at thus establishment, and those reviews are so far from the truth. The waitresses are attentive and even make suggestions for you!! This place never disappoints! Its a great place for some late night eats and catching up with friends/family. Cooking your own BBQ is interactive and fun. The meat is really flavorful-- I suggest the spicy beef and the mushrooms wrapped in pork, delicious! As far as hot plates-- please get the squid and the egg plant ?.
Excellent Food & Flavor! And BYOB is big for me! If u like cook-on-the-table restaurants- they have a top-notch real lump coal cooking system. And I truly believe they have best-in-category ventilation-exhaust system! Hardly any smell of food or grilling one ur clothes. I just can't comment on price point cuz I was just an invited guest. But based on the young patrons, prices are probably fair, at the least.
Taste pretty good. Price depends on how hungry you are. We had some BBQ and some cold and warm noodle and the potato pancake. They are extremely busy and just one staff though, not sure if it's because it's a Friday evening. My son loves the fish Tofu. Chicken wing was pretty well marinated as well.
Amazing hidden spot! Tasty BBQ! Reasonable Prices. Plenary of parking in the back. A+++++ to infinity & beyond. ?????????????
