Horrible fries and the food was cooked but the inside of it was still cold, obviously I threw it out.
I've been coming to this McDonalds for a while since I work right around the corner. Since May 2022, the 3 or 4 times I've purchases food, there is always food missing. Today, i ordered a sandwich meal and a 4 piece chicken nuggets. Nuggets were missing. The other day, my fries were missing. Ridiculous...
After ordering 2 breakfast sandwich and beverage, I waited patiently for 20 mins for order to be delivered to my table, then I walked in , restaurant was nearly empty with at least 5 mc Donald employees. I asked about my order and noticed that screen has only mine order and 2 from drive way. Then only the person took a note and asked me to wait for my order. After 5 mins, he left my sandwiches on counter rudely and left. About person walked in from drive way and started chatting. It was over 5 mins and I was still on counter waiting for my beverage. I then asked to see manager and then this person became agitate and literally started threatening and aggressive, then manager walked in and asked what she can help, in told her the story and instead of being apologetic she said it will take time we are busy, when literally we were the only one with order in restaurant. Then the employee came back and threw the beverage on counter after 5 min. I asked manager her name so I can lodge and complain and she ignored rudely. WORST restaurant ever!! Employees are rude including lead by worst manager !!!
One of the worst McDonald’s ever. I called them for delivery first they told me to Uber grubhub postmates or doordash I told them ok and then asked if they deliver themself or not the lady was so arrogant she talked so disrespectfully to me. Never recommending this place to anyone.
woman working was very rude. Gave me attitude and slammed the drive thru window shut in my face and rolled her eyes because I asked for a dipping sauce. Gave me cold food.
The gentleman at the window was very nice and the food was fresh. I wish other McDonald's had this kind of professionalism
Awful place. Wasted my time and gave me the wrong food. Not only did this place deny me when I had two Mobile orders, it made me go around four different time! I know people that work at McDonald’s and I have also been to other McDonald’s. Never has another place done this with us. On top of that they gave me the wrong order. I went all the way home just to find out I got something I didn’t even order, so I had to drive all the way back and even then they gave me trouble. Never coming here again. Awful customer service.
Almost every time Ive gone in the morning at 7.00 a.m. they're closed. Heres the best I finally attempt to order. She apologize and says she's the only one there. I wouldn't give them a 1. They've said this one a few times sorry the computer is dow. Come on???
They order is only cooked right 10% of the time...avoid, all the other mcdonalds in the area are better
Always have issues here but being it last minute for breakfast...went...of course they didn't add on sandwich ordered then told me I had to go back in line after waiting 20 mins...
