Always fast service in the drive thru and always have everything correct. Great job keep up the good work
Yay for McDonald's and they're $3 deal meals. Has anyone else run into the McDonald's that won't give you refills on coffee? I've already run into this twice now and I don't understand why they have to be that way and not give you a refill if you're eating in.
I am relatively new on mobile order in McDonalds. I ordered two sundays on mobile and went to Drive Thru to pick up. At the speaker I mentioned I have a mobile order. The order taker said something that I didn’t hear correctly. So I asked him to repeat and he got really rude with me for asking him to repeat what he said. I know McDonalds really care about customer reviews. But the customer doesn’t deserve this type of behaviour from their employees if they are not up to date of the new technologies!
The ONLY reason why I give 1 star is because I can't review without doing so!Please understand that this place is ridiculously rude, and this isn't the 1st encounter I've had there.1st off. I placed my order at the board, which was a 10 piece nugget, a strawberry pie, and a sweet tea. I looked at the screen and saw it was a large fry on my order. I replied with "excuse me, I didn't order fries". The cashier responded, "what!?!?" I responded, "I said I didn't ask for fries." He answered sarcastically, there is no fries on your order. What else do you want?" I said, "I'm looking right at "LARGE FRY" clearly on the screen in my order. " He then said "what,?hehehe, there is no fries on here. anything else?" I looked again and it was gone. So instead of him saying, "oh, I'm sorry, I hit "fries" by accident" he wanted to be the store comedian, when not everyone is interested in playing games with him. I was very irritated so i went to the next window and asked to speak to a manager, only for another childish employee to laugh hysterically and say, "that was the manager that took your order!" So of course, i cursed everyone out and pulled off.Please understand that I will starve before purchasing anything from this location ever again! The entire staff needs to grow up!
Repeatedly puts cheese on the food despite the no cheese request. It really drives me crazy. I lost count how many times this happened. So I spent 15 bucks the family breakfaet but had to cook anyways. Thanks. Told the manager but she couldn't care less over the phone.
This is the 5th time this location closed early when it is advertised that it closed at 12 am. I was there at 11:53 pm and all the lights were on and the drive thru was open. And the guy on the speaker told me they were closed. I immediately told him then why are you still at the window with the lights on? The website says you are open. He completely disregarded me and was rude to me saying he doesn't care they are closed. He was mocking me and was being rude on top of that. I asked for his name and he didn't want to give it to me. I asked to speak to his manager and he refused. I asked for the owners name and number and he refused to give the information to me while he was still being rude and unprofessional. After repeatedly asking for names to file a complaint he finally gave me a name, "Santiago".(which I don't believe was his real name). Very disappointed with my experience. Went to Wendy's after and it was delicious. Never coming back to McDonald's. This is the last time this happens to me.
Here's the company name, number, email to send complaints to.They do not honor any senior or military discounts.Couldn't even get a refill on my coffee and I've come to this branch multiple times over my lifetime!Write them a note!Tell them how displeased you are.
There’s a guy name PATRICK either way was rude and Did not want to take separate orders for each person or in the car. He literally said we had to drive around for each order ….gas is too expensive and that’s TERRIBLE customer service
Great experience. Quick order & pay via the app. I did notice a customer having trouble with the kiosk -- the guy kept asking staff for help. The staff kept coming out to help him. He must have spent about 35 minutes trying to order two value meal due to the fact that they couldn't take credit cards at the register, so he had no choice but to use their computer ordering system ( kiosk ).
Stopped at this location for a quick bite and not only was the woman at the drive through handing me the food rude, they also gave us a cheeseburger and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Like they just threw it on the patty. Then when my bf brings the sandwich inside for them to fix it, the just throw the sandwich in the microwave and now the sandwich is soggy and disgusting. What a disappointment! :(
