Food for thought... shut the monitors or drive thru lights after you close. This way you don't have people pulling in thinking your still open.
The woman working the drive through around 2pm did not listen to my order. Three of my items were made incorrectly. Their board was also out and when I told her she didn’t seem to care. The gentleman at the second window was great though, when I told him about the board being out he asked questions like he cares about the guest experience.
This place is really clean and efficient. I spent more time ordering food myself in the machine than I did while waiting for my food, very fast. I recommend it!!!
Not happy at all. I have been going here for years and the employees working in the drive thru window are great. Today was my2nd time using the mobile app and purchased 2 times. They confirmed my number at at the window then later said I owed money. I showed them that it went through. Even showed them my bank app that shows it went through. A female mgr came in. She had the audacity to tell me to pay again! I dont care if it cost was 30 dollars or 3 dollars but no customer should have to pay a meal again when I have proof that I paid even showing my bank acct. Plus the way I was spoken to was very unprofessional. Eventually she told me to go the next window but with an attitude. Thats a manager! The lady who usually gives me the food was extremely nice but then another gentleman who may be a supervisor said I needed to pay and he was getting upset. I thank the lady who usually is at the drive thru, who was gracious to say, no this is her food. She gave it to me with no hesitation. How dare that the managers not display excellent customer service. $2.55 that is what I spent. I will now travel to other competitors if I want a breakfast or coffee. Especially since Im being argued about a bill that I clearly paid. You have lost a repeat customer
Terrible service. Wrong order made two times. Manager comes out and asks to get the order made correctly again and offering something for free. This is ridiculous. Why would make wrong order at first, then make mistake again, then asking something for free? Seriously?!
I come to this McDonald’s about 3 or 4 times a week. I am an elderly woman and originally there was a very rude female employee that wouldn’t help me with my order and was nasty to me. I decided to go back anyway and was helped by a very nice man named Henry. I am writing this review because of him. Every time I visit he always is so helpful and kind even if he is busy. He is a great employee.
I would like to share my appreciation for the gentleman that was working the drive-thru at 11pm on Fri may 6th. I have recently been stopping by for coffee and the gentleman(maybe a manager? I believe he might be Spanish) took the time to ask if he was making the coffee to my liking because he noticed I was coming alot. This gentleman made my week and it's not often you receive this type of service using drive through. So I would like to thank him for going above and beyond and hope a company official sees this and rewards him.
I am not a frequent fast-food diner however I bought into the hype about the fabulous McDonald’s crispy chicken sandwich. My lunch order was a crispy chicken sandwich ($6.39) and two cheeseburgers ($3.98/2). What I liked: - Nothing What I Did Not Like: - The crispy chicken sandwich was a dry piece of chicken with two pickle slices. There was no tangible taste of butter they use as a condiment. Give me some mayo or hot sauce! A horrible sandwich. At $6.39 this sandwich is such a huge rip-off! I will never, ever order another one of these. If they offered a buy one get one free or two free, I would not order it. - The regular cheeseburgers were very dry and the cheese was cold, rather than melted which tells me it was not fresh. My Brutus Burgerus rating is 2.8/10 Thumbs Up. My chicken rating is Cluck-You minus one! My, my has McDonald’s quality dropped.
Food is consistent as with other McDonald’s but I found this restaurant to be very clean, high tech kiosks, and very good and attentive services. The lady comes to help with kiosk if needed and also waits on you at the table to check how the food was. Was a bit surprised for being in a fast food establishment but it was a nice touch.
Prices went waaaay up to compete with route 1 McDonald's. 2.49 for a double cheeseburger or mcdouble, 3 dollars for a 6 piece nugget, yet 4 piece nugget are still a dollar... I've also had half of my orders messed up somehow in the last couple of months, from simple ingredients missing (which is cool) to gettijg a hamburger with nothing on it in place of a completely different item.
