Great customer service
Arrived at noon on a Saturday, attentive service, had Turkey cranberry sandwich, very tasty , Mom had Turkey & Avocado sandwich, we were both very happy with our choice, would dine here again.
Menlo Park Mall seems to be struggling to recover from the pandemic. It has many empty stores. Active stores seem short of help and many are messy. Common areas have no attractions or entertainment to attract customers.

Amazing!!! located on the second floor, right outside of Nordstrom. This is so fun! A little on the expensive side if you want the truth. Some of those ceramics should be less than $20 but are closer to $30. Maybe mall rent, idk. But that's not part of my scoring because the experience is worth the total price!! Bring your kids, go with your special someone or take someone on a second date, it works in all ways. Maybe not a first date because that's a lot of time and focus on someone you may not even like lololol.

The Popeye's in there was terrible. They gave us the wrong food and it wasn't even hot. The mac and cheese tasted and looked like it was from yesterday. The chicken was supposed to be spicy, they gave us regular. I ordered a pumpkin cream cheese pie and got an apple pie. Ridiculous in messing up such an order after spending around $50 worth of food. Don't go there. It's sh!t!
The Mall is always filled with shoppers and has a Great Food Court!. It's always amusing to sit and eat in the Food Court. Barnes & Noble, Macy's and many others are here. Parking isn't difficult.
This place has everything food selection is good things for kids and adults to do stores are well kept bathroom..overall are clean
