I wish i could give them zero. Rude owners and if you ask them to give you extra spoon they stare you as if you asked them to donate their kidneys. This is not a one time thing. It happens every time we went there.The quality has gone down and the prices have gone so up. Their hours do not make sense because the time we went there it was one hour before closing and they tried to shut the door on our faces. They had no answer to give us when we asked. Extremely rude!!If you like being disrespected by their eyes then by all means you should go there.
Rude guy drives away customers. Can't speak in English but he tries to even if you speak in Hindi. He is so rude, probably because he is not comfortable in English.
Plz never buy Toothifruti Icecream cake from there. All kids said it was taste like medicine. They just added bubblegum syrup on it. Nasty taste.
Got 2 milkshakes It was just straight up milk with half a scoop of ice cream. I wish the Indian franchise would control quality with 'Q'

Stumbled across this gem. Wonderful flavors.So far the Alphonso King Mango is my favorite. A bit pricey at $7 for a prepacked pint.

I like Kwality ice cream, I got a casata ice cream and there was a small piece of fungus in the cake. I pointed that out to the lady who is in the store she insisted that it was a piece of pistachio but it was not. I persisted and she gave a new one .. she was FURIOUS AND SLAMMED THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR. Very grumpy service.
