10 am no line. Friendliest drive-thru ever. BEST fast food fried chicken, super juicy and crispy. True JOY. Banana pie was not bad, will go back to try the peach mango.
I was really surprised at how good most of what I ordered was I had 4pc chicken both hot n mild chicken sandwich spaghetti pies burger mild was a bit bland but the spicy was great flavor but a bit to spicy for me and the sandwich is the way to go and the spaghetti was really good to be fast food
First timer . I always pass by this place and never went through, looking at the longggg queues. Made up my mind and went today :). As always , there is a long wait time . I had to be in line for atleast 10-12 mins . Got a 6 piece chicken bucket.I have to say , the food was good, especially the magic sauce . If not for the sauce , it just tastes like a Popeyes or kfc. With the sauce , it tastes different and good. Paid about 14$ for a 6 piece. So it’s not that cheap .. food wise it was good, but is it worth waiting 15-30 mins in the queue to eat this - may be not ! If they speed up their service and wait times, it will be an awesome place
It's my first time to eat here. The spicy chicken is so good hot and crunchy. The only thing we encountered was the long line for drive thru but it's worth to wait.Different locations with different experience.I'm a regular customer of Jollibee Houston
Delicious! Delivered by Uber Eats, I had palabok (rice noodle dish), juicy chicken with rice and gravy (savory). For dessert, we had the mango peach pie. It was warm, crunchy and so good! Nice ending to the meal. Thank you to my sister!
Love, Love , Love the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with a side of Adobo rice and gravy. And you can't forget about that peach mango pie! The only thing is that sometimes the drive thru line is super long so you cannot even get in line since it is right off a main road and you cannot hold up traffic on that road.
First of all, we were excited to find out there was finally a Jollibee within 2hrs from where we live. However, I'm not sure how recent this location opened, but the service definitely needs some work. They were only doing online orders and not taking any orders in person, understandable due to covid and staff shortages. Unfortunately, there was only one person taking care of the orders at the time we came and she was so unorganized that it was taking her so long to complete orders. She was also very unprofessional as she kept on whining and complaining about everything while she was preparing orders with a room full of customers. After asking for my name and the lady beside me, she started to panic because she was not able to find a ticket with the lady's name. Rather than putting together my order first, she kept pacing back and forth trying to figure out what happened to the ticket and thought she mistakenly gave the wrong order to the previous customer. It turns out the lady never even submitted her order. Eventually the manager/supervisor (?) proceeded with getting my order together. Got back to the car only to realize we were missing some desserts, so I had to go back in and ask for it.Hopefully they'll hire more workers and train their existing staff to be more professional in front of customers. Really looking forward to giving them another chance in the future as pur family loves Jollibee and we no longer have to drive all the way to VA to have some!
There's always a long line and I had time so I pulled in to see what all the hype was about. Slow drive thru. Ugh... Ordered chicken and spaghetti combo with peach mango apple pie ($18 pretty pricey) but was a nice servingSpaghetti is sweet (SUPER sweet) i guess for kids to enjoy and has cut hotdogs or sausage in it. Fried Chicken was average but that peach mango pie was sooooo good. Crunchy on outside and warm and gooey fruit filling inside, very well balanced. Will I go back... probably not but I mayyyyy just pop in once in a blue for that pie.?
Chicken nice and hot recently cook the chicken ? is fantastic I order the 6 pieces spicy drums and tights (no white meat) crunchy outside spicy and juice inside and the Peach Mango Pie hit the spot.Only one problem is, highly addicted?
Everything I ordered brought me back to when I first had it in the Philippines. The Chicken Joy was crisp and succulent, the Palabok was creamy and with the perfect amount of tang, the Jolly Spaghetti was sweet and cheesy just like how the Filipinos like it and the Peach & Mango pie was not overly sweet. The Pineapple drink was refreshing and a must-have with your order! We waited in line for 55 mins but it was definitely WORTH THE WAIT. Once ordered and paid, you wait on the side for someone to bring you your order and that in itself did not take more than 5 mins. The staff was very polite and the ordering process was smooth. Excellent work and a wonderful first experience ?
