。.i visited friend in NJ. I choose to drove here instead trying other bubble tea cause we love gongcha. They messed up my toppings. (White pearl is the best topping). The staff just opened the cap with barehand without washing hand and pour over to the other cup. And the container left with stickiness… my friend let it go cause we are in a hurry. I wouldn’t come back but we love gongcha and it’s the only store near by so… the store still looks like in quanrantine mode. Only two staff are working. Two stars for my first experience here, but I still love gong cha drink~
Gong Cha stores here in NJ are all pretty good. I could not find a tea place better than Gong Cha in NJ yet. Maybe I have to look harder. Gong Cha in Bay area California is not great at all, surprised they taste better here.
Gong Cha always has good bubble tea. Just wish they'd allow use of bathroom. But other than that, the selection of flavors is nice and they do hot or cold tea both well.

When compared to a similar competitor, Kung Fu Tea, the bubble tea here is much better. But when compared to bubble tea places like Mi Tea and Moge Tea this place lacks the freshness quotient. I do appreciate them bubble tea bubble waffles though!
I got the Lemon Ai Yu with White Pearls! Super refreshing. Lemony and a hint of ginger. I usually get the Earl Grey milk tea with bubbles and aloe jelly. Love love love ❤
The lady's attitude was rude. She was literally freaked out when we placed 14 bubble tea cups. She said "since you placed such a large order, you have to call ahead of time, now I have nothing left to sell for others".This business only expect to sell one at the time, and bad management and rude attitude.The bubble teas are ok same as all others, will never stop by this place again
Gong Cha remains one of the best bubble tea places on my list of about 15-20. Certain drinks are a hit or miss and the bubble waffle isn’t always prepared properly but that’s also a really great dessert. I would take friends here if we’re debating where to go which says something.
