Gave me free donuts and they’re quick. Bad memory was when I lost my umbrella there!
The workers are hard working and make good drinks. The guy Sean Wiseman captured it very accurately though, lots of volume, they need to hire more. It took a while to get served. When I was there, I think it was just 2 people, not even 3.
i paid for a white chocolate iced signature latte on my phone. i had to drive all the way there only to find out they didnt have the drink in dtock. they tried to substitute it with other drinks but those drinks were not as expensive so i chose to get a refund and the employees were exceptionally rude about it. i wasted so much money here. don’t spend your money on people that don’t treat loyal customers properly. i have been going here for months now and already have paid $150+ yet they treat me like this regularly. definitely not going here anymore
Placed an online order and they packed me a french cruller that had no icing. -_-
Terrible customer services, awful at all.
I am one starring the operation of this store. I went here yesterday morning and there were 3 people working. While I was waiting in line, the amount of online orders coming through their system was absolutely absurd. It was non stop. You have a worker marking what something is, and the other two prepping the orders...cooking or making the orders. It was the best system these people could work out. They're doing this on top of doing their best to serve the guests on line. People in front of me were ordering tons of stuff. I was waiting a few moments to be served as I eventually was next in line. I turn around and see a line of people to the door. How do you expect your store to succeed when you are overwhelming your workers? Who's going to want to work here when this is your day to day? You have these entitled, rude, inconsiderate people leaving one star reviews because all they care about are themselves, not paying any attention to what's on these workers' plates right now. I ended up leaving because of how bad I felt for the workers. You need to figure something else out because this system isn't working. You can't expect 3 people to handle non stop orders from people online while also trying to handle a jam packed store. If that is your expectation, then you should be at the restaurant helping your workers instead of yelling at them over the phone. Maybe you won't have such a high turnover rate and happier investors as a result.

How lazy. Was going to place a large donut mix order, but they had barely any out. Hour after opening and not stocked? Never again with this place.
