Closed much earlier than posted business hours. Hard to support a business when they don’t follow their own posted hours of operation.
Store closes at 8PM I arrived at 7:30 and the people there working there from the outside saw me walking towards the door and lights were turned off right away. I understand every store is different but there was no need to be rude like that especially knowing there was plenty of time left. Even as I walking back or my car both employees came out and stared through the window . The 1 -star is just there for this review . Doesn’t even deserve the star.
I ordered from this location on Uber Eats, and I am not satisfied by their service at all.Horrible!I ordered a brownie batter donuts, and instead they gave me a donut with apple filling.Are the employees really that illiterate to read my selected order?This is how places go out of business, because places like these show lack care towards their customers.And on top of that, I attempted to call the location and the number was out of service.This is so ridiculous!????????
See this is by far the worst dunkin I’ve been too , I pick up a coffee with my husband every morning . When we order the lady isn’t even listening to continue to insist on us ordering a sandwich .She doesn’t get our order correctly because she continues to say any sandwich! It’s very frustrating when you order something at your desire and the employee cannot listen . The outcome of our coffees where horrible nothing that we asked for . My husband asked for whipped cream and she wanted to charge him for it when he clearly asked for it at the beginning of the order .Horrible ! If I could get my money back I would no one should have to drink something that doesn’t satisfy them as a customer!

Today ( 09/23/2021 at 9.45 am I went to buy Egg and cheese croissant and a Cappuccino , one Indian lady took my order and i paid cash she gave me the change and she made me the Cappuccino , another older guy Asian Male ( Maybe owner/Manager ) was making bacon, once he done he wanted to make my Croissant, i told him Excuse me sir please change that gloves and make my food because I am a Muslim and I don't eat Pork , he said yes I am about to change the gloves, and he asked me you from Indonesia ? I said I am From Sri Lanka and He said " u Taliban"I was like " what ? do you only know Muslim means Thaliban? I was in a rush i could have called the cops on him and lodged a complaint for spreding hate , Dear fellow Muslims please avoid this guy, don't give your money to this resist

First off noone in there seems to understand english you have to repeat yourself 3 times and it's still wrong. Second and most importantly. What kind of business establishment doesn't have a phone!! Very in professional. Will never buy from there again
The WORST Dunkin’ I’ve been to. All the Indian people in here ignore you when you come to the speaker. Go Inside and they are looking all over not knowing what to do. The absolute WORST.
