Hashbrowns were not made to order. I was given a previously made order that was already cold and EVERY SINGLE PIECE was hard as a rock. Completely unacceptable.This is also not the first time this has happened at this location. Disgusting.
BUYER BEWARE at the DRIVE THRU!!!!As you can see on the RECEIPT I bought a large coffee and food and within seconds my hand was BURNED and truck was filled with coffee that SPILLED because the INCOMPETENT attendant DIDNT SEAL the coffee cap on the cup correctly.My console was COMPLETELY DRENCHED with coffee and they DIDNT even offer towels to clean it. I had to ask. They gave me a cup of ice for my hand. It was fine. Nothing major. What was INSULTING is the fact that they wouldn't even COMP me for my troubles. As you see on the receipt I was given a CHOICE. Refund or be on my way. I asked for compensation for my troubles and they couldn't EVEN ACCOMMODATE the situation. When I asked for compensation just for the order another lady came and the guy (who was probably the manager) WITH A BAD SALT AND PEPPER CURLY HAIRCUT FROM THE EIGHTIES decided to get involved all of a sudden. I wasn't asking for much but if I could give NEGATIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. BAD EXPERIENCE and WILL NOT be going back there and I suggest future customers make sure your coffee cups are PROPERLY SEALED.
My egg, cheese,bacon on a croissant was terrible. It needed more toasting before it was edible, the croissant was dry/ stale.
Ordered a hot coffee and 2 hot chocolates.... they gave me 2 hot LATTES I spent almost $10 for only 2 drinks I'll end up having to throw out.
Wow so I guess the staff can choose to close an hour early and give an attitude about it huh ?I came by to grab a quick dinner for my daughter and I guess the kids who somehow work there decided they can close when they feel like it and give an attitude about it ...really shocking actually
My brother boughht iced coffee my coffee was decaf I took a couple of sips and that was it either it was old or the creamer was sour! Never again buying ckff there I'll go to another DD'S
Ordered a large coffee .They tried to charge me for a large coffee but give me a medium.When I explained that this is not my order I received an attitude and handed a large coffee. Should have just kept the medium. The large tastes like Garbage!!!
They had me waiting 30 minutes for my food and my food was cold and the bread was not toasted . Definitely going somewhere else
By far the worst Dunkin in all of NJ. Their staff is super rude. The attendant at the drive thru had the audacity to have an attitude when I asked for a hot caramel craze (which is what I ordered) and instead she gives me an iced one. You're better off going to the Dunkin on RT. 27 next to the laundromat in New Brunswick.
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. The line is always long and the workers move at a snails pace. I will purposely drive further to another dunkin to avoid this one
