Customer service is pathetic. Chai latte has no Chai just milk. There is no quality control, just don't care attitude
one of the few Dunkin Donuts that actually still calls it a Dunkin Donuts and they actually have donuts! With many flavors to choose.
Today Friday Oct 29th,I bought 3 coffees and one of the coffee cover lid was not thigh and coffee dropped almost everything in my car.I went inside to buy another coffee and I informed ( 183350 Hector ) about the accident the guy "Hector" was Impolite, he talked to me back. He was rude. Hope the Manager sees the camera so they can teach their employees how to behave with customers.In business No Matter what the Customer is always right !!!Maritza
Very over priced and the grill cheese sandwich was the worst. I couldn't even finish it. The avocado toast was no better do not order this ever!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
The donut tasted good but looks very ugly. Drink tasted perfectly the way I wanted it.
I placed my online order so I don't have to wait when I get inside bc I'm busy and had to drop my son off at school early. I arrived only the drinks were on the side pickup table and not the food both associates were talking behind the register. When I politely told them half my order was missing and showed them the receipt. They both looked annoyed as if the order wasn't prepaid for and listed all items on the guy made some comments in Spanish not knowing I'm fluent in Spanish. Terrible customer service!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First, they take forever to serve you. If you order a bagel or sandwich, they have the slowest person making it...and I mean it. Then to boot, it seems like their bagels are days old. When I tried to bite it, it was so hard I literally had to trash it. Coffee also went in the trash as they can't seem to make that right either. Unfortunately there isn't many options to grab a bite close to JFK hospital, but stay away if you can!!
If I could give this place 0 stats I would as well. The people who work here are all super rude. I asked to purchase an extra container of cream cheese and the guy who charged me for it said I'm charging you for a bagel. I was like whatever. They even charge for tap water. Their argument is they charge for the cup. Honestly, drive a few more minutes and go to any other dunkin. There are so many in the area this one is worthless.
I ask to stir and then ask to add cold foam but but they didn’t even stir and add cold foam and I think I I had worst experience in this Dunkin it just ruined my morning ???
This Dunkin is very nice and I buy the coffee and donuts from here whenever I visited to Edison
