Their chai tea latte and hash browns make for a great combination. Had limited selection of donuts after 6pm. Plenty of seating
Friendly, attentive staff. Lots of seating and good for conversation.But their selection of donut favors is almost always limited. Their shelves are also mostly bare if you go after 6PM.
Consistency is better here than most Dunkin donuts. Staff is extremely friendly. Place lacks a drive through which is a shame.
Whenever I go to this one, the donuts are usually out or they're stale... but I guess cause I go at a late time.

Today I went around 7:44 PM EST to grab a cup of coffee. Their closing time should be 8 PM EST. they lock the door by the time I went there. I knocked the door to open as it’s not a closing time. They ignored and not even cared us. I go there very often there and found the associates who are working there are arrogant and not right customer friendly. Very bad experience most of times from cashier, who are working there. It’s not even deserve one star rating.
When they get it right. They get it right and it makes me smile. Today, although the line was long...they were efficient, pleasant and the coffee was fantastic!!!
They don’t sell Baskin Robbins anymore. No reason for me to come back.
