The people here are very nice. I like there positive attitude and how they talk to me. My concerns is that occasionally they don't seal the cap on the coffee completely so the coffee in those times tend to spill in my car. They sometimes forget to also put the straw that seals the coffee cap. Also it seems they don't do a good job of mixing the sugar in there coffee as the coffee taste like they don't have sugar in it even though I ask for a light and sweet coffee.With all that being said I still go here because I feel welcomed here every visit. Hopefully they get better at the things I have mention here
Very clean store and great parking area.I order on the app and I don't need to wait long but the staff is pretty fast anyway.
Honestly the employees here are super hard working and I’m always impressed by their quick service despite the crazy long lines. Thank you so much for your efforts and for making the best drinks too!! Xoxo
How is it that I order 2 black pepper bacon sandwiches and 2 hash browns with a medium coffee, and when I get my bag, I got a plain bagel with cream cheese. Utterly disappointed and completely lost my business. At least I got my hash browns and coffee for $16, am I right
Ordered at the drive-thru this morning. When I got to work and opened the bag, I found the croissant and hash browns totally burnt. I wondered what the two women who handled my order were giggling about. Now I know! I tried calling the store, surprise! No one answered the phone!
Over the past few weeks this store definitely stepped their game up. My favorite is the sandwiches that are made fresh and made proudly by the sandwich maker. Management is doing a great job.
I just had a great experience this morning. They were very polite and mannerable. They even got my order right. Keep up the good work ladies and ill see you again in March.
This is Dunkin , America Runs On Dunkin, Grab And Go !!NOT THIS ONE ! Early mornings they take entirely too long to take your order! Especially early mornings before work! I'm ALWAYS late for work whenever I stop here! This the slowest Dunkin I ever been to
The drive-through line is always too long and the staff might be lack of training therefore my orders are often wrong or missing item. It's frustrating to find out after you left the store but honestly you wouldn't expect people to check/open all the bag and boxes while you are at the front of drive-through lane. Hopefully they can improve somehow.
At this location 2day 11am-6pm handling several zoom meetings on wifi. No 1 bothered me until some weirdo that dont even work there asked me AS I WAS LEAVIN! if i was waitin on some1. Idk you. Mind your business. Omw 2 Starbucks & Never lookin back!
