I came in here ordered from the app. My food was ready in about 20 minutes so I ate at the store. There is only one guy making all the orders. Understand this store has a labor shortage. Even with the shortage, the one guy making the orders attends to all customers with respect and puts his maximum efforts into making the food. My food was delicious, baked perfectly, and the best tasting dominos of every location I’ve been. I’m giving him five stars for being a star employee. Thank you Mohamed.
RUN!!! I BEG OF YOU GUYS TO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Where do I began. I ordered for delivery it took over an hour and a half to get to me. And when she finally did get to me, the delivery driver informed me that she forgot my soda at the restaurant. Never brought it to me and never reimbursed me!!! The food was terribly made and cold! I did an order pick up there thinking the experience would be different…. Nope. I did a curbside delivery. They NEVER CAME OUTSIDE! So then I had to go inside and you stand in the store for minutes and the employees act like they don’t even see you! Just save yourself the trouble and do not give them any business. They need to be shut down!
Never have I ever seen a business get so many 1 star ratings and I got my pizza from here through Domino’s website and not after checking Google or Yelp reviews.I usually order from Pizza Huts but wanted to give Domino’s a shot after having missed it for a long time.We ordered a large vegetarian pizza and the order was ready for pickup by the time we got there. The inside of the kitchen area didn’t look very tidy and it should have at least been concealed.The checkout was smooth but the pizza we got home was only between a medium and large size that we had to call the store to confirm if it was really a large size. The store person said he would check what could be done since weren’t happy and took our number so that he could call us back. We are still waiting for that call.My problem is not with the size but with the promise that a business cannot keep up. Anyway the train has already left the station and won’t make it back here.
I didnt realize how this store got such a low rating until I order. I dont want to tell how bad it is just see the below pics then you got to know ( toppings may precious thats why very less and roasted completley). Hope this store manager goes through the feedbacks and improve quality of the food accordingly.
Received my pizza cold and dry. Wasn’t the right pizza that I ordered. I called and was told the manager would call me back. That never happened. I called back and spoke to Abdul. He said he was the manager. I told him my concerns and all he said was “sorry about that”. This was the Domino’s at 2058 US 27 Nixon Plaza. I’m done with Domino’s; not my first order or my first complaint. Pizza Hut for us from now on
Pizza is tasteless, I never seen pizza making like this. I selected Topping Premium Chicken but its hard to find chicken on the Pizza.Small store Pizzas way better than your pizza.Also employees should trained well, They sitting in the back and we need call them couple of times for pickup. They should know how to receive customers as well.
I used to be a fan of domino pizza. Picked our pizza here. And asked for a restroom for my toddler, also I was holding my newborn on my hand. They refused me by saying that they don’t have a public restroom, even when I explained that my toddler was just trained from diaper to potty, and can’t hold it like we do. No humanity at all. Will never buy from any domino again.
Worst Domino's location. I think the store is a scam, we never received the order for the 2nd time. store manager never picks up the calls. I think they cheat the people who pay upfront. Not able to get hold of anyone from this location. Please do not order from this store.
I should have read these reviews before ordering. I obviously can say that everything I have read so far is happening to me. I made my order at 3:29 p.m. and the tracker was at "Quality Check" around 3:38 p.m. When I realized the time, it was already 4:40 p.m. It has been over an hour already. I decided to make a phone call and they told me that they don't understand why the website doesn't let clients know that the delivery driver arrives at 5:10 p.m. So basically they told me that I have to wait till after 5:00 p.m. for my order to be delivered and guess what?! It's 5:55 p.m. and I am STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER. It's a simple 14' inch pie with a soda. As soon as I get my pizza, I will update this post.
Great service. Ordered a pizza and pasta with sausage online using the $5.99 deal. Received a text message confirming the order was received with about a 10-15 minute lead time. When I arrived about 10 minutes later the order was ready for pickup. The pizza is OK for the price, as was the pasta with sausage. Portions were enough for 3 nights for one person.
