Wow, just shocked how terrible the meal was. The chips filled up at max 15% of small bag with clumps of salt. I can visually count the pieces of protein for entertainment. I assume inflation hit this location hard. Don’t expect to visit this location again but will vote for this location to be the most stingy. Embarrassing for a Chipotle.

Worst service ever. The employees have an attitude and always manage to mess up the order. DO NOT EVER order online from this store. I usually order lunch for my team team on Fridays and it's usually 14-15 orders. While ordering online you have the option to name each order. Even if you put the names they will not follow it and put anything that they want. They don't even put name tags on the order and we have to manually sort the order every single time. Other store will not deliver to our office address so we don't have any option. Spoke with them couple of times but still they successfully mess up the order. Pathetic service. I understand that there is staff shortage and other things but how can you mess up an order? I mean that's your job.

This chipotle is the worst in US. The rice still raw. How can I eat the raw rice? Won’t be there anymore.

Awful service which I am normally quick to brush off, as I have also never posted a review for it either. Until I overhear the worker purposely loudly demean my father and I for wearing masks while ordering. Going as far to say, “why are you still wearing masks, I can’t hear you, you look r*****ed”. Ma’am your ignorance is astounding in many ways. Mostly because if you looked my father in the eye for a half second while serving him, maybe you’d realize he’s balding from chemo and realize maybe some people really can’t afford to get Covid again because the last time he almost died. We went to get dinner and hear this, and he apologizes for your attitude in the car for you. Overall, disgusting service but even more disgusting people here. Don’t worry ma’am, I’ll never be back.

We ordered our food and a large chips & queso blanco. We told the employees that the chips tasted stale and they wouldn’t even change the bag of chips. It literally tastes disgusting and so sour and salty.

My first time dining in at this location, the food tasted fresh, portions were good and the dining area was clean. I went during a low volume time so I can't speak to how things are when they are busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Personally had one of the better experiences here compared to other locations. I've had some bad experiences still other locations. I will revisit this one during a busier day to see how it compares.

This chipotle closes whenever they feel like it. There are employees and patrons inside and one of the employees locked the door right in front of me. It is before 8 pm on a Friday night. Not to mention they wouldn’t come over and tell me what is going on, just pretended they couldn’t see me at the door. The only reason I even tried to go inside is because my online order is consistently wrong. This brand new chipotle needs a lot of help, especially when it comes to their employees.

This chipotle has the WORST service we ever had. We had order two bowls and 4 bags of chips with gauc and corn salsa but instead we only got two bowls that looked like this. It’s a shame that this place even existe. I recommend more staff and more food. I love sending in great reviews on places I like but I just CAN’T even do that for this place. If I was able I would give it one star.

Find another chipotle. The store manager does not know how to run the store and as you can see from all the reviews, it shows tremendously. If you’re coming for lunch, sure, but any time after 6, I’d stay away. They cut the steak into really small pieces, looking like ground beef. They’re usually out of ingredients and the overall food is subpar. I’ve wrote to chipotle about their closing times multiple times, yet management has failed to update their operating hours on google and the chipotle website. If you want to close at 6, be my guest. Mention that on the google and website page. What ends up happening is a bunch of cars are sitting in the parking lot all confused about if they are open or not at 7:30. What’s funny though is I caught the store closing early enough so that there enough food for the workers to eat and take home while there are customers knocking on the door. At 8 pm. It’s downright comical. This store has the ability to be a top performing location given its high value location but the manager seems to be an incompetent ghost. They don’t answer phones. After trying to call them to make sure they’re open before I drive out there, I realized the probably hid the phone in a drawer in an office. I even called the store while being in the store and I never heard it nor did anyone answer. Worst run chipotle ever. Service is ok and food is ok. Management tho is abysmal. Never seen a fast food chain fail not bc of the food or service but bc of management.

Very disappointed. We drove 15 miles to get the food from this location as Chipotle near our house was not taking any online order. This location is asking me to cancel the order because they are so backed up. This is so unfair. I am not sure what is going on with Chipotle, one of our favorite place for take out, it’s becoming so unpredictable. Kids look forward to this. This location is worse how they have handled the situation. Asking me to apply for refund online. Ridiculous.. NEED TO FIX!!
