Went there on July 8 at 7:50pm & Waited in line for 15 mins which is fine but when my turn came there was :- No Black beans- No VeggiesReally ??There are 10 workers roaming around only 1 server telling them she needs refill containers.I was told they ran out need to wait more timeMismanaged location
I ordered 3 burrito bowls, two of which were fine which is why I gave an extra star. However one bowl wasn’t even filled 1/2 way. The food In that bowl was no where near worth what I paid for it. Very disappointed.
They didn't have the Fajita mix for my Burrito Bowl, very disappointing. I hardly buy Chipotle from malls, now I see why
RUDE and SMALL portion sizes! When I went there, there was about 6 people working and a very long line of people waiting to order. There was only one person actually taking the orders. The rest of the workers were not doing anything and some of them even had the audacity to keep swiping on their phone while there was a line clearly in front of them. A very long line too. There was an older man with glasses taking the orders and was being very slow in which no other employee tried to help.I was waiting in line for almost 15 minutes though I was the 3rd person who ordered. It usually takes me less than 5 minutes to order from other Chipotles. They did not tell people it was debit or exact change until they took your order which was misleading! The workers had a lot of attitude and were rude. They also gave half the portions they would usually give out. For instance one of the employees gave me just a little scoop of sour cream and I then proceeded to ask for more in which they gave but gave me a rude look when I asked for a little more. The workers here need improvement. I do not know who runs this shop but clearly there needs to be change on how fast the lines move, the employees, their attitudes towards the customers, portion sizes, and overall service in general. I will not be coming back to this place again due to the poor customer service and portion sizes. A clear 1/10.
Visited Chiptole in Metuchen Shopping Center. I was very upset that they do not give change back if you pay with cash. So, if your bill is 18.25 and i give them a $20, u will not get change back!!? I got charged for Chips and Guac which i did NOT order. I didn't see it on my receipt til a couple of days later. My friend and I waited in line for awhile while employees were standing around talking and rapping to the music, while only one person was working. Customers did not seem important to them. Also, the music was inappropriate for a business setting. I love Rap, but not when it is belittling woman and has profane language!! Will not be going back!! This 8s a pic of our order. Just got a burrito. The rice was hard and for some reason there was grease on the outside. Made my burrito taste like an egg roll. This place has been on a slow decline. Between the weird hours and the terrible food quality I think this time is the last straw for me. Nice knowing ya
Disgusting and disrespectful workers. The food was good, but the customer service was outright horrible !Upon online ordering to have it ready by 7:50, arriving at 8 (expected to just pick it up and leave) the worker gave attitude, despite having an extremely friendly and respectful demeanor. "Uhh, I haven't started yet." And when I asked how long it would be, I received an "I don't know." No care, no respect, horrible service.
It's never busy when I go there but you can tell they are short staffed. The people working there are great though. They honestly try their best to get everyone in and out. They customize every order to every customer and I can never complain about the portions and tastes. They are great.
When I accidentally placed the order for the Metuchen location Olson refused to place the order anyway despite having paid for it. Not only that but he gave me a catering number instead of customer service. He didn’t even know the number none of them did. They just all told me 1800 chipolte. They were friendly when I first came in but once they realized it was my fault they weren’t so nice. I thought I was being the nice one by saying it was my fault.
I waited 20! MINUTES ON LINE BRO . I have a 30 minute break. And they weren’t even doing anything , they didn’t start taking orders till after 15 minutes I was standing there. And there’s mad people there too so what’s good ? Bro why are they closed at 3 in the afternoon sometimes bro?!
