There's a reason travelers like Chili's- it's consistent. Food is fresh and cooked correctly, staff is friendly and professional even during off hours. This Chili's was no different.I also think the current menu is very good given the difficulties some restaurants have had in recent times.The only improvement I would like to see is to have some local beers available.
Worst experience I had.I called to make the order. I don’t know when they don’t have the patience to take the order on phone why they don’t keep online order open for Edison location.1. The person taking order make conscious effort to misguide on appetizers that added $4 on every order I made.I confirmed the order at the end so I am sure what I am paying for is right. she gave the phone to a male person. As if I was making her life hell and she was not able to take my order.I repeated the same thing with the male person and made sure I have the order right.I don’t understand what part of my conversation was wrong or frustrating that lady handed over the call to some one else? Because I wanted to make sure the amount I am paying is right?If you don’t have patience to take phone order keep your online order on.On top of it they didn’t give the whole order. I don’t know it was done by mistake or they did it deliberately for me to come back.Would never order here again. Would rather give my business to someone else.
Went back again almost after 3 years ! I should say they are much better than my experience before. Amazing service and super good food. Not so expensive and loved it .I generally don’t like their wings .. so we went for some salads , chips/gauc, veg fajitas and dessert today . Just awesome . Salad was so goooooood. Fajita was not as good as an authentic Mexican restaurant but ok. Gauc was good . Best was the dessert. Cookies with ice cream toppings and chocolate .. had a great experience overall.
It was really bad memory of chili's yesterday. since last 10yrs.Server was horrible. (Used to be good servers here)I don't even wanna describe how she was like.Management need to teach this lady or to do something. I was really uncomfortable during having dinner.
Too popular and gets crowded! Staff and food is great. Hate non drinkers at the bar. If people drink water they should sit at table. Excellent place and the crowd proves it!
A typical Chili's. No complaints and no huge praise. It was cool they had a bunch of TV'S with different channels on to watch.The service and food is typical. They have a bar too.
Love to dine in here but they translate well to take out no flavor loss still fresh when you get home. Update 3/28 been checked in here since 438 nobody else parked in to go. Had to go in to get it myself 3 people standing there now 450. Don't get me wrong super helpful friendly people. Apparently there new ability to pay with gift card before you get there doesn't let them know it's been paid. So i guess your expected to come in to pay? Still love it here
We were seated in a really crowded, loud area and asked to be moved. Once we were moved, it took a long time to get anyone’s attention. Food took forever to come out and it was just okay at best. The mashed potatoes were pasty, and the small serving of shrimp on top of my steak was pretty sad for the $3 I spent on them. We really enjoy coming to Chili’s but our experience at this location wasn’t the best.
Food was delicious and our server was amazing even when he clearly had a dozen tables at once. You're awesome Bobby!
Food was very good and they offer a nice variety of foods. The restaurant has a good atmosphere without being "over the top" in terms of being noisy and just "trying too hard to create atmosphere. Just a nice place for casual dinning with good prices and good food!
