Came here on Wednesday for the bogo sundaes and the guy tried charging me 10 dollars for two small sundaes and when I said it’s Wednesday aren’t they bogo free? And pointed to the sign on the door he said “your supposed to tell me you want that deal before you order.” Like huh? Why would I pay full price when there’s a bogo deal? If I told him before ordering would he have made my sundaes any differently cuz what’s the difference if I mention the deal before or after I order? Honestly I shouldn’t have to mention it at all. If I wouldn’t have paid attention to the price I would have gotten ripped off. I’ve never had this happen at another carvel before.. made this particular carvel seem super sketch. So pay attention to what exactly ur getting charged for when u go here.

If you’re considering this location for a custom photo cake avoid at all costs! I showed the clerk the picture that I wanted (Frozen 2 movie poster) and he said we have something similar but a little different. I asked to see it but all he said is that it’s a little bit different. Being that we had waited until last minute and we’re desperate I didn’t fight him on in. Instead, I paid and he said I could pick up the next day. When I went back for pick up it looked like some poorly drawn anime version of frozen ever after. He refused to refund us the money and made my husband drive 20 minutes to Office Depot and back with the right picture. Even after we provided him a printed copy it was still very cheap and poorly done. I will never go to carvel for a custom cake ever again and I will avoid this location due to the awful customer service.
Honestly the rudest employees ever. I recommend no one goes there. They literally were so cheap. There was some girl that was working there and she literally had the baddest attitude.
The employee was really nice but during this time of covid19 virus the workers should have masks on. No one had a mask and they make the ice cream at the store.
They have the best ice cream cakes hands down. Do try them for your own good
