This establishment is " Bella" The second they start kneading that dough it's guaranteed perfection, an exquisitely balanced sauce makes a grandiose entrance for that delectable cheese , toppings, & basil, some roasted red peppers, its something amazing, an absolute delight ! The establishment provides a very comfortable atmosphere, both indoor & outdoor seating, and all meals are beautifully priced to make everything nice. Try the Italian dishes after you try the pizza, equally satisfying & abundant in flavor, quality ingredients & workmanship, These guys definitely keep it authentic & true to the brand, Brooklyn Boys gets 5 stars !
Came here because David Portnoy reviewed them. I'm from Staten so I usually only go to places near where I live but I happened to be passing by and was in the mood for pizza. Looked on his app and this was in the area so I figured I would try them. Very good pizza: the sauce, crisp, texture, and taste all exceeded my expectations! Also tried the cannoli which was excellent. They have a huge selection of gourmet sandwiches, subs, and heros which are supposedly very good too so next time I'm in the area I might give those a try. They also have this amazing looking tricolor slice that I'm most likely going to go with the next time I'm there if it's available.
Been a customer for 5+ years - great food, until Friday. Ordered a margherita pizza with extra cheese. What I ended up with was a regular pizza with a some slices of fresh mozzarella on top. The margherita is $7 more than a regular pizza. I tried calling several times - they wouldn't pick up and hung up on me once. A few minutes later, someone called back and I explained the issue. He told me that he made the pizza with both cheeses on the bottom and then fresh mozzarella on top. That is not true - there was only fresh mozzarella on top and not much. He tried to tell me that's how they make the magherita. When I told him that's not correct and I had ordered the same pizza for years and had one a week ago with only fresh mozzarella. Then the story changes to I made the pizza that way to do you a favor? Really? We both know what he did - tried to pass off a less expensive pizza with a little fresh mozzarella on top. I won't be going back.Watch out if you pay cash - they apply the credit card surcharge to all orders and you have to watch and remind that not to surcharge you.

Not only are the sandwiches to die for but the pizza is great too, ingredients are always fresh. But, this review really goes to the staff that came to my daughter's rescue when a gust of wind blew her pizza away and they had a brand new slice out to her ASAP. Amazing service. We are so grateful
I will easily travel from Monmouth County for this pizza. This place is an absolute gem. Not only is the pizza something Dave Portnoy would place in the high 9s, the presentation of the eggplant sandwich was amazing. No dripping sauce or grease. Definitely coming back.
Proabbaly the best local pizza I have ever had. It's got a unique texture and the fact that the sauce is in top means it's the first to be tasted. It adds so much depth. I'd recomend this place to anyone! It is better than Anthony's coal fire in my opinion
Yummy pizza. Sauce is served on top, it delicious sauce but a bit aggressive with very bold flavors. Pricier than average pizza place but I think worth the price. Many specialty offerings.
I'm new to the area and today was my first time trying the food!! I made a order for delivery it came in good timing. I ordered a meatball parmesan and a pepperoni slice. The sub and the pizza was huge and Absolutely delicious ??? I can't wait to get hungry again so I can eat my leftovers this is my new go to restaurant ?????
Great pizza ? love the thin crust. Always on point. My faves are the margherita with vodka sauce and the great bambino sandwich. Their wings are also amazing too! Been coming here for some time now and never had a complain.Staff is great and delivery is very quick! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
