My husband is a chicken fiend, and bbq (Olive) Chicken is in our top 3 favorites!The Chicken is cooked to order, crispy, and very well sauced. I recommend Soy Garlic & Honey Garlic, but all the flavors are deliciousPro Tip: You'll get more chicken for your money if you go boneless (thighs), but bone-in options are MUCH juicier - Don't get both at the same time, and you won't notice the difference (yum)This chain is in the food court of an Asian grocery store: Order in advance, and you can do your shopping while it's cooking... The only issue with this restaurant is that it's not close to my house!
The Korean style fried chicken is amazing. Try the spicy ones. Boneless thigh pieces are the best. Really love this place and it's worth the 20 minute wait, wish they had a location further north
The service here is horrible. If they can not handle the number of customers then they should hire more staff members to cook the chicken.Cheesling chicken: tastes like cheese only and is not worth the money.Golden olive: this is a hit or miss because sometimes it tastes like oil with no spice and sometimes it tastes like spice and no oil.Sweet potato fries: these are delicious and is worth the money
Crispy tender chicken, think Popeyes tenders for texture but significantly less greasy and fingerlicking good sauces. Best eaten fresh, I had leftovers from the fridge about four hours later and they weren’t bad but not as crispy (duh, but still sad).
Tried this place for dinner and it was not good at all. Reminded me of the frozen banquet chicken from back in the day. Bbq sauce was ok but a little too sweet. They didn’t have too many choices for side items. Such a waste of time and money.
Would've taken pics of the chicken... but it was so good... I forgot!! Opened until 5pm on Christmas! Had the honey garlic drumsticks!! Fantastic!!
This is one of the best Korean fried chicken places in New Jersey. The chicken is made to order, extremely fresh and flavorful. I got a full chicken with the secret spicy sauce, radishes, and the waffle fries – both were delicious, and the pickled radishes were crisp.The only negative is that I wish they would offer all their sauces options for the whole chicken. Will definitely go back and try the other sauces.
The bb wings are delicious with the hint of spice. It definitely has the crunch to the chicken. Although, I am not sure if the chicken is supposed to look pinkish on the inside.
I wanted something to grab quickly for lunch and came to this spot. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. The spot is located in the supermarket food court. I walked up and was greeted. There were a few choices for sauces and picked the secret spicy 5 piece drum sticks. It came to a little over $13. I paid and had to wait til it was ready. It was ready in about 7 minutes or so. When I got home I ate and it was so tasty. The drumsticks were a good size and the flavor of the sauce was very good. It said spicy but it wasn't. I enjoyed and will try other flavors.
The service here is terrible and the cashier is not friendly at all. The cup bob is definitely a waste of money because they are a bit cheap with it. The cheesling flavor for the Korean fried chicken is not worth it either since it did not taste good.
