First time and not my last. Went in with a friend and had a good time. Food was good and it seemed to come out quick.I like the ambiance and the staff were all very pleasant. All the cooks said thank you and have a good day when I left. There's a lot of seating so I didn't have to wait for a table. Saturday at 6:30 and it wasn't too crazy. Love the outdoor seating by the water. Unfortunately too windy to experience it today but definitely next time.Price is on par with other sushi spots. Very good experience overall. Once I go couple more times and service and food still good I'd update this to 5 stars.
Sushi was super fresh and the lunch prices were even better. Server was also very nice and gave lots of extra ginger. Can’t wait to go back!
Always a pleasant experience. Awesome people, delicious food, beautiful views.
Service was great, but things are tight here (tables are pretty close together, but it's because the place is small itself). Affordable sushi (so don't expect it to be the same sushi you'll have in NY). Still yummy.
Love, love, love this place! The staff, view, and vibe is wonderful. It's BYOB, so remember to bring your favorite wine.I recommend their Mountain, South America, Red Dragon, and Philadelphia rolls. Also, their tuna tar tar is quite tasty. For kids, they have a fried rice that's a crowd pleaser.
The sushi is good, I wouldn’t say anything out of this world. The location and BYOB is what keeps me coming back. Also, their lunch special price was great. A little over $2 for 4 pieces of regular rolls or 2 pieces of the special ones.
Sushi Cruise...the place is slamin'! Truly enjoyed my selection. I started with Fried Shrimp Shumai to open up the appetite allowing for the readiness of the sushi selection which you can see it's the Banana Lovers Roll. It's an experience of texture due to deep fried tempura and the experience continues with the ribbons of eel sauce and the contrasting honey and mayo sauce. Truly a pallet experience. Not visible is the extra ginger and green tea I paired it with. Afterwards I added another roll of Godzilla to finalize my appetite. The beauty of Sushi Cruise and it's fusion derived sushi selections is your it's inability to stuffed you, bogging you down with heavier types of culinary delights. I like being satisfied not stuffed! I recommend this place especially if you enjoy your culinary experience with an adult beverage of your choice which is allowed being Sushi Cruise is. BYOB establishment. Finally the waiters are vigilant and will ask if everything is ok. So grab a bottle of your favorite Saki from your rack, head over to Sushi Cruise and have yourself a delightful culinary experience!
The owner was very condescending and had “racist like behavior” . I came in to get an order I called ahead to get. The receptionist told me 7-10 mins it would be ready. Once I got there within 10 minutes she’s informed me it wasn’t ready and it would be another 20-25 mins. I asked why she didn’t really explain. Within seconds the owner walked up with my order I explained to him what the lady said. He proceeded to explain that this was a Japanese restaurant and it takes longer than a Chinese restaurant to get my food and I couldn’t even get a Big Mac in 7 mins. I of course told him I’m well aware of the difference between the two and that I come to his restaurant often and couldn’t believe I was being spoken to like this. He said “calm down bro”. I left!
Sushi is always fresh and they always serve you with big portions with great seafood quality! This place is my go-to sushi spot! It is BYOB and all the servers are always so informative with the menu and friendly!
Used to get sushi here, but they don’t take reservations but then ask other customers if they have a reservation. Rude host at the front told me that’s how we word our waitlist. He then told me I was being unbelievable and to go somewhere else. Learn professionalism. Your sushi isn’t worth attitude after people work a long day.
