Attitude rude service on 02/11/ 2022 5:50amI asked venti latte, the old lady gave me half foamy , taste is just milk .there is no espresso taste at all.When I asked her “ please fill the cup , I ordered venti”she start the teach me how to make latte!! I think, she has attitude problem , should stop to deal with people.
Don't ever come to this place. The manager shouted at us and drove us away from the store!My friend and I are both diplomats here in the US but the manager treated us like animals. We were peacefully and quietly talking to a barista to order our coffee, and just because we were having difficulty understanding what the barista was saying, she intervened with a very angry tone which was unnecessary. We tried to ignore her and just continue talking to the barista. But she won't stop intervening in an angry tone. We asked her why is her voice so loud and angry? And she just said "that's it, get out, get out of the store" and she prevented the barista from attending to us.We found out that she is the manager. As a manager, she should be resolving issues and not creating or aggravating them.I complained about her and the District Manager for NY called me. I said I would like an apology because this woman took our dignity when she drove us out of the coffee shop while others are looking.It has been months and we still have no resolution. I also wrote their CEO about this, and still nothing from their end.I thought Starbucks had concerns for its customers. It turned out, they don't.
Nice Spot. during good weather sitting outdoors is great here. Easy and fast mobile order service. When it gets busy the line moves pretty quick and the wait is pretty decent. Definitely love the mobile order window it’s so convenient and I don’t have to go inside either!
The store is very well managed. The staff are very responsible, always show up to work on time and very respectful to their customers at all times. My pre-orders are always ready in timely manner. The place is very clean and pleasant spot to sit and have a friendly chat with your friend(s).Thank you and keep up the good work ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They promote things they don’t have like reserve coffee or nitro cold brew. If you don’t have it or it’s not in stock take it off the chalkboard so that people don’t think you have it and try to order it……
Worst experience today. I ordered a venti acai blackberry and they just got me a clear water with sugar, when ? I told them this is not what I order, they just told me in a rude manner to go ahead and get my money back.
The staff does a tremendous job keeping the place organized !
One of my favorite Starbucks around, nice outside and indoor seating. Staff is amazing. I stick to simple drinks here because they are very busy at times and if you order something slightly to the complicated side you won’t get the same thing twice. Other than that, amazing.
The customer service is significantly poor at times. The managing department from the company needs to make action for this. The server at the front for the pick-ups, swears a lot when it gets busy. Surprisingly unprofessional behavior. They can hire someone who can handle the stress better.
